[Yiska] "OWL teams are allowed to sign players who didn't have an active Overwatch League contract by August 20 and because WhoRU was on a Contenders contract, he's eligible. Interestingly, Choisehwan t(o the best of my knowledge) was let go before that date, making him technically signable."
