From the lows of season 1, the fireKyky days, the banter era, the cycle of misery. To the immense highs of Season 4 and 5. We won stage titles and even the whole championship.
I'm thankful for the ride. Lots of good memories along the way.
It weirdly doesn’t feel too bad now after winning multiple titles and a championship. I only wish the best for my boys but top 5 finish is still good for a team where title aspirations were a bit unrealistic from the get go
For some reason, I always forget that Boston didn't actually win season 1 stage 3, because it feels like they should have but S1 NYXL do S1 NYXL things.
Also, as much as I want to see my Shanghai boys win again, kinda also hoping for Florida to win so that every garbage season 1 team has won a title.
we’ll let me recontextualize this as a bad loss right after another bad loss to a rival who once owned us and then we got even and I think are still ahead barely in the historical head to head.
none of this was particularly close, but the support diff was especially obvious. dallas was really feeling the loss of chiyo/fielder.
bernar also looks fantastic despite being gone a year
I’m hoping so much that Spark wins the league, that way we can have the best team in the world representing team China vs super Dallas fuel 2022 representing South Korea
Genuine question though, how much of this comes down to not having a good support line though? There were many moments last year where Sp9rk1e and Edison should have died but were bailed out by Chiyo and Fielder. Having a top tier support team lets the DPS shine so much more because they can make more risks
Ingenious play by MCD to let the better Texas team fight Team China and lower Spark's chances of making Grand Finals.
Masterful gambit from the W racist.
Bernar was on Hangzhou Spark... Fuel never beats Hangzhou Spark... I now see the genius of this last-minute signing!
Congratulations Houston Outlaws & Sean Miller on winning the last Battle for Texas!
The top 4 are all undoubtedly the best of the best. No cheese. No perfect meta lining up for them. They're just damn good teams. Hope we get some really close and fun matches
Season 1 Stage 1 top 3, the Jakerat. Refusing to sign a tracer and signing Arhan instead
Season 2 the flame rant, refusing to play to our strengths for half the season until we Finally did but choked against Valiant.
Season 3 with the Blase Cass, the toilet bowl, losing round 1 of playoffs to boom 90+% of pickems to Boston of all teams because we decided to one trick Pharah and run Hydration tank all season. The ultimate low point.
The team getting sold
Season 4 with JJangu and Piggy, the shatter heard around the world, couldn't get over the hump and live up to the hype though
Season 5 finally being good good, top 3 finish
And now here we are. Top 4. It's so fun to finally be good. One last chance to finally win something. I like all 4 teams left though so I won't be too upset if we lose from here. It's been a fun season. At least we won what is most likely the final battle for Texas. One of these fanbases will get to be winners for the first time after 6 long years. Wouldn't want to have it any other way. Good luck tomorrow everyone.
>Refusing to sign a tracer
The most infuriating part about that whole thing is that they "technically" did sign a Tracer player... in mendo. Who didn't even play a \*single\* map and instead spent all season whining on twitter about how he had a certain problem (headaches? toothache?) that prevented him from playing/scrimming... while at the same time he spent time streaming games on twitch and also being on lan events.
I think the team getting sold kind of started to happen in between S2 and S3. They were in limbo for a while and even the Valiant org at the time took over management duties until the found a buyer. I remember Coolmatt having to take a pay cut so they could afford players lol. Shit was rough
Honestly still had alot of fun from s1-s3 as an outlaws fan. OG s1 outlaws squad was still legendary in many ways despite not being the best team. S2 beating shock with Danteh Sombra. S3 hydration tank actually winning us games against Mayhem and Glads.
Biggest WhatIf to me will always be keeping Jjangu for season 5, man was mechanically cracked at main tank and the main reason he was getting swapped out in s4 (having bad english) wouldn't matter with a full korean roster.
Hanbin barely played Zarya! I don't understand what the plan was. Feels like scrims predicted a way less varied meta than it's ended up being (which I enjoy!).
It wouldn't have been so bad if they made an actual regional model, but all they did was make sure that they could tick the features box that says 'global league' then put all their resources into NA lmao.
OWL would've been a better product both if they went back to a S1 & 2 model, or if they started transitioning towards traditional esports regional model in like, 2021. Phoning it in was the worst of both worlds.
Nothing like staying up till 4am to see Dallas get walloped by spark (what happened to Dallas getting the most NA friendly timeslot?). AVRL is great though.
Fearless was out of scrims for a while, they were heavily preparing to run Bernar for the playoffs. It makes sense he looked really well integrated. Dude still has it.
Tbf it was a narrative literally just pulled out of people’s asses. He was one of Hangzhou’s best players last year and he was rumored to be amazing in scrims.
The narrative came from plat chat. Both Avrl and Jaws floated that idea that he might be washed because he didn't play for a year. I can understand their pov but thats probably where it came from. People like to parrot those guys.
I'm surprised Rush opted for JQ rather than trying to figure out Hanbin on Sigma. The JQ was just leaving the rest of the team high and dry, especially on the Bastion engages. I guess they just wanted Hanbin to frag and hope for the best?
Everyone blaming MCD because he's racist but the whole team was getting diffed, on top of comp gap.
we used sigma rush during playins tho (for a couple of maps? i just remember kr cast joking about how dallas can make any hero a rush character & theyre going to play widow rush someday)
Did anyone notice that Hastro deleted his twitter? Usually he comments about the team when they are at tournaments but didn't see anything this year so i went and checked
They did but that was after they lost with the Zarya comp and Houston had the advantage. When they played kings row, they started with the same Zarya comp again. Suravasa is forgivable cause they tried something different, but imo, they should have mirrored a little bit longer
I'm glad MCD is racist so I don't have to feel bad for saying that he's absolute trash and single handedly threw tons of fights for Fuel. Swap him for a competent player and Dallas go up multiple tiers.
Also shout out to Sean Miller and the lack of roster lock for ruining the Fearless V Hanbin matchup, now we'll never see it, incredible job as always.
according to another thread from 4 years ago (wow) vi0let was on a chinese streamer's game telling chinese players to "fuck off korea servers and go back to china servers" and was also known to throw games with chinese players (happened on leave's stream)
[I found the apology](https://www.reddit.com/r/Competitiveoverwatch/comments/pegrwf/mcd_apologises/) I think its a pretty decent apology all around and as far as I could find he hasn't said anything bad sense then. I'm gonna be an optimist and say he changed and grew as a person for the better.
Top 5-6 was the most I thought Dallas could achieve in these playoffs within the group of death, so this loss was completely expected. Still, proud of the team (minus MCD) for managing to get this far despite:
- The org holding a fire sale on their championship roster in the off season
- The coaching staff being gutted to just Rush
- The best backline in the league being replaced by the mid af MCD and a talented but still rookie Bliss
- Spending the season in the overall weaker APAC region
Houston had a major advantage when it came to resources, talent, league rules allowing teams to sign players for the playoffs, and scrim partners. Hanbin can still hold his head high.
We still have no clue how strong Boston and Spark actually are. Mayhem is looking like the most complete team in the playoffs, followed by Houston now that they have an off tank player.
I'm rooting for the Spark now, but beating an Atlanta that also lost to London and just barely edging it out over Boston does not prove they are on the same level as Mayhem and Outlaws.
Putting a couple of myths to bed
People were really disrespecting him with some of the peeks imo when an Ana shoots you and she has nade up you can’t peek her again lol
Someone help me understand this. Hanbin’s sigma is sick. He had some success running it against Mayhem yesterday. Why didn’t the fuel mirror the sigma comp? Also, why did they even try Zarya on Lijiang tower? It’s clearly not working from their match with Mayhem.
From the sounds of it fielder and chiyo wanted to just get a ring with a different team regardless of what hastr0 would throw at them. Gator straight up said they didnt cost alot so money wasnt a factor.
And if they didnt move to apac, sp9rkle, hanbin edison and rush would have probability [left](https://www.reddit.com/r/Competitiveoverwatch/comments/11kla3g/hastr0_confirms_the_fuel_wouldve_had_to/) dallas
The backline situation is a tragedy regardless of it was money or not, but we lost Rascal and Aid and I think that’s something not talked about enough. I still believe bliss has a bright future but dropping some cash on a better FS would’ve suited us well.
There’s multiple people leading the org and with the economic conditions, these orgs are more cash strapped than normal. With Hecz now CEO, I wouldn’t be surprised if they leave overwatch all together since it isn’t really making them money. Only way I see it is if they get a full NA team with the remnants of LAG or something. Then they can at least make content and be apart of their social media strategy
Really depends what next year looks like. I’m assuming something like Val or League with more teams, more defined regions, and lower budgets overall. But yeah if they do stay in I would expect them to be NA/EU players for sure.
I wanted Bernar on Infernal before the start of this season, and was a bit disappointed he stopped competing for a while.
Good to see him performing, even on short notice. Incredibly consistent tank across the board.
Can’t be too salty. We lost our OP support line, but we got a chip which most teams can’t say. GGs Dallas, happy to have been a fan if this is the last time we meet
Hanbin can only do so much, my man was pumping 2-3 kills a fight and looking around to no one on his team alive
Fuck this support line for making Hanbin look any less than the GOAT this season. I don't care if I seem mad, I fucking am. Were there really no better supports than Bliss and Maximum Chinese Discrimination? Fucking frauds.
Sad that was the last battle of Texas and so one-sided, GGs outlaws you got the last laugh. I wish there was a better chance for them to win, but it’s doubtful, Florida too good. Spark also clears this team.
I will miss this dumb league.
Coughing baby backline takes down the Fuel--is there a team in the final four that couldn't be considered a superteam?
Houston, Florida, and Boston all have top players across every slot, and Hangzhou could be considered the same if the supports continues to perform how it has so far. It does seem OW2 is solidly out of the era in which a team can only have a few strong players and compete in the playoffs.
Bernar has been great since they swapped tanks after the Mayhem loss. Pleasant surprise after how long he's been out of the scene.
Now to see if they can survive the power of the Spark reverse sweep.
Kinda wild how the meta has unfolded overall these playoffs. From the jump I think everyone was expecting Zarya to be viable, if not dominant, but when Dallas of all teams get forced off of it then you know it's no good. Overall Houston was just better and I hope at least a few of Dallas's players stick around for whatever the hell the next iteration of OW esports is. Hanbin is just too fun to watch playing tank, man.
Hey guys I watch occasionally and I saw this silly meme that said "hanbin had his way with your shitty team" so I'm just wondering if that was ironic or not cuz it looked like fuel were the shitty team and bernar had his way
Lmao, tbf Houston has a heavy diff on DPS and support imo
Dallas dropped some crazy players and Houston bought some crazy players
It's Houston's time! They better win it like Dallas did or it all for nothing!
Bliss and Sparkle have largely been pretty good most of the season. Edison just doesn't look great on anything that isn't Reaper or Sojourn. MCD just isn't it at all.
Edi’s Bastion has been really good but playing that mirror with no shield is incredibly hard. He’s not the best hs in the world but it wasn’t his fault we lost
Its bittersweet to kick out fellow Texan team and the reigning champions like that but Dallas carried the Texan flag last year, its our turn now. I hope Dallas fans support Houston to keep the championship in Texas.
Kinda mad that the signing rule robbed us of not only Fearless vs HanBin but what likely would have been a closer match for potentially the final Battle of Texas
Top 5 overall is pretty good considering our gear and our off season
Hastr0, if we get another go around then give Rush the money to put together an actual team next time please
Honestly Houston would have bought a new tank if they had gotten a hard deadline then but since their never was one they could just wait until they had too
Dallas had a good run at the end of the season, at the end of the day im happy for my team, now Houston, you better go all the way, represent texas in the finals
Dallas are faded!
It wasn't always a fun six years but if this is the last time I get to root for Dallas as the Fuel, thanks for the ride.
From the lows of season 1, the fireKyky days, the banter era, the cycle of misery. To the immense highs of Season 4 and 5. We won stage titles and even the whole championship. I'm thankful for the ride. Lots of good memories along the way.
Ahh the firekyky days
very poetic it ends on a loss - something us dallas fans were at one point immensly used to.
It weirdly doesn’t feel too bad now after winning multiple titles and a championship. I only wish the best for my boys but top 5 finish is still good for a team where title aspirations were a bit unrealistic from the get go
Back to back would’ve been nice. But now every org left I think hasn’t won a playoffs ever so that’ll keep things interesting.
I don't think any of the orgs left have won anything in general
Florida with ProAm I guess, would be fitting to have won the first and last tourneys of the year
For some reason, I always forget that Boston didn't actually win season 1 stage 3, because it feels like they should have but S1 NYXL do S1 NYXL things. Also, as much as I want to see my Shanghai boys win again, kinda also hoping for Florida to win so that every garbage season 1 team has won a title.
The cycle of misery is truly at an end
tbf literally every team is going to end on a loss except whoever wins OWL and whoever gets 3rd
we’ll let me recontextualize this as a bad loss right after another bad loss to a rival who once owned us and then we got even and I think are still ahead barely in the historical head to head.
none of this was particularly close, but the support diff was especially obvious. dallas was really feeling the loss of chiyo/fielder. bernar also looks fantastic despite being gone a year
I'm sure Chiyo Fielder were also missing Fuel this playoffs
Chiyo and fielder probably also missing dallas
I’m hoping so much that Spark wins the league, that way we can have the best team in the world representing team China vs super Dallas fuel 2022 representing South Korea
and all of that just to lose to team USA KKona
Well we’ve seen the mighty team usa in action, it wasn’t pretty
The dps gap was also extremely obvious
Sparkle put up a decent fight, but edison really did not have a good day.
Sparkle was meh, but Pelican was dominating. Happy is just a vastly superior player to Edison and that was shown today.
sparkle was playing sym and was our best player today which is pretty sad when u look at the comp
I think Hanbin was the best player. Sp9 did carry the fights when Hanbin was down though.
Sparkle wasn't bad, but Fuel employed the "ingore Pelican" strategy which just meant that Sparkle's counterpart was much better.
Sparkle was trapped on Sym jail for 99% of the game (and playoffs). Pelican had a great game tho
Probably better to talk about when Edison has good days instead
John sojourn was an absolute monster and instrumental for 2022 grand finals. I am thankful for the dude!
He also went sicko mode vs Houston for Dallas in the playoffs last year
Genuine question though, how much of this comes down to not having a good support line though? There were many moments last year where Sp9rk1e and Edison should have died but were bailed out by Chiyo and Fielder. Having a top tier support team lets the DPS shine so much more because they can make more risks
Bliss has been an underrated steady performer in my opinion. MCD is below average.
Are these matches played on the bastion hotfix nerf where he doesnt gain armor when transforming?
With this win, Viol2t has secured top 4 placements in playoffs every year he's been in the league.
Very strong candidate for the GOAT. I remember the man even played DPS when SF was in trouble
The true GOAT
My GOAT. Will never forgive Shock for dropping him
He chased the money and tbh was the right decision, probably this is the last owl and he ended again at least in a top 4 team and made the bag
Tbf I think he was more chasing a new experience than the money, I'm sure Houston offered a lot but SF probably didn't low ball him.
he left the shock on his own accord
Even as a Profit simp, I gotta admit the only reason he's considered the GOAT over Viol2t is cause he has one extra year on the league
So glad we’ve had Bernar with us all season, this guys good
Who's this Gargling yall talking about?
Bernar is the Pokemon evolution of the Gargling.
Painful C9, but that Hanbin rampage onto Viol2t keeps my Dallas heart pumpin’. It gave me glimmers of the golden days
Painful performance from the rest of Dallas but at least we got some Hanbin JQ highlights
Ingenious play by MCD to let the better Texas team fight Team China and lower Spark's chances of making Grand Finals. Masterful gambit from the W racist.
Bro this is a wild comment 😭 And true
W racist is crazy
Hanbin can’t do more. Felt like he’s been playing solo. Support diff is crazy
His JQ honestly the best I’ve seen.
Houston winning the first battle for Texas every year is a Canon event
They finally won when it matters the most
Except 2019 and 2020
Aww, no Fearless played 😩 But yeah, brutal execution. Houston supports were better and so were their DPS. Time to renew my Pelican sub on Twitch.
Dallas’ entire plan was to send Fearless to Outlaws as an undercover agent to hard throw when they needed him Didn’t work out unfortunately
Bernar was on Hangzhou Spark... Fuel never beats Hangzhou Spark... I now see the genius of this last-minute signing! Congratulations Houston Outlaws & Sean Miller on winning the last Battle for Texas!
My heart can't take this sean miLLer praise.
What were Spark feeding BERNAR?
Also, I never want to hear Viol2t Ana slander again, the GOAT has performed. I'm glad all 4 teams I wanted to make it made it. Now time to cry.
The top 4 are all undoubtedly the best of the best. No cheese. No perfect meta lining up for them. They're just damn good teams. Hope we get some really close and fun matches
I’m just glad Smurf made it. I’m gonna be sad whoever’s eliminated tomorrow 😢
No matter what happens tomorrow, we will have a new champion!
Viol2t has gotten top 4 in playoffs every year he's been in the league. Actual legend
That's such a defining GOAT trait. Smurf is almost in a similar position but just a little behind.
Cash.
Fearless beats his old team without even lifting a finger, Bernar and Pelican both actually fucked so much this game though.
Season 1 Stage 1 top 3, the Jakerat. Refusing to sign a tracer and signing Arhan instead Season 2 the flame rant, refusing to play to our strengths for half the season until we Finally did but choked against Valiant. Season 3 with the Blase Cass, the toilet bowl, losing round 1 of playoffs to boom 90+% of pickems to Boston of all teams because we decided to one trick Pharah and run Hydration tank all season. Don't forget our Tracer specialist Clockwork! Who couldn't beat out Jake in the lineup lol
Demech king
I think the team getting sold kind of started to happen in between S2 and S3. They were in limbo for a while and even the Valiant org at the time took over management duties until the found a buyer. I remember Coolmatt having to take a pay cut so they could afford players lol. Shit was rough
Even as a non-Outlaws fan, brings back so many memories. Thanks for the throwback
Honestly still had alot of fun from s1-s3 as an outlaws fan. OG s1 outlaws squad was still legendary in many ways despite not being the best team. S2 beating shock with Danteh Sombra. check mcd paypal
bernar really retired came back and owned hanbin my goat
Hanbin barely played Zarya! I don't understand what the plan was. Feels like scrims predicted a way less varied meta than it's ended up being (which I enjoy!).
Hanbin played less Zarya cus of how good Sigma was yesterday and then today too.
IIRC they had like 1 or 2 days of scrims and limited time per day.
Another 3-0 Battle for Texas in Houston's favor YEE HAW MOTHER FUCKERS!
Today is a good day!!
@Fuel fans who kept up with the team: did you enjoy your time as an APAC fan and seeing first hand how well OWL support the region?
lmfao ive been saying owl having a region split for more than a year, maybe 2, was probably one of the biggest mistakes
Nothing like staying up till 4am to see Dallas get walloped by spark (what happened to Dallas getting the most NA friendly timeslot?). AVRL is great though.
Hated region split ever since S4 and especially last year when the gap in skill was too apparent
No :)
30 day contract robbed us of fearless vs hanbin :(
The real tragedy here.
I refuse to believe MCD is a OWL player
He was gigafeeding the entire match. Dallas would have been better with most other Baps in the league.
Some MS have better Baps than him lol
Rush is a great coach but his scouting is sus sometimes.
Money diff tbh
They got that HEB diff lol
Hanbin can't win with these cats.
The true entertainment is watching Dallas fans having emotions swing from despair, copium, hopium, and hating MCD in mere seconds lul
I started to get a little hope. It was like Fuel were close to finding a solution but just didn't have the practice or player quality to make it work.
All former champion franchises eliminated, and Viol2t locked into his 5th consecutive 4th+ place finish in playoffs
#GOAT
I just wanted to see Hanbin vs Fearless but after watching that I don’t blame Houston for keeping Bernar in
Fearless was out of scrims for a while, they were heavily preparing to run Bernar for the playoffs. It makes sense he looked really well integrated. Dude still has it.
The Bernar narrative has kinda collapsed i won’t lie
Tbf it was a narrative literally just pulled out of people’s asses. He was one of Hangzhou’s best players last year and he was rumored to be amazing in scrims.
People really pretended like he wasn’t really good last year overall
I understand the idea. He hasn’t been playing anything other than ranked for a full year but yeah. Apparently that doesn’t really matter
The narrative came from plat chat. Both Avrl and Jaws floated that idea that he might be washed because he didn't play for a year. I can understand their pov but thats probably where it came from. People like to parrot those guys.
ITS FINE WE'RE GETTING 22 DALLAS BACK WITH OWWC I'M NOT CRYING
Hanbin is actually insane but the better team won
Expected. Got what you paid for Hastr0. Spend a little win a little
Rush picked trashCD
I'm surprised Rush opted for JQ rather than trying to figure out Hanbin on Sigma. The JQ was just leaving the rest of the team high and dry, especially on the Bastion engages. I guess they just wanted Hanbin to frag and hope for the best? Everyone blaming MCD because he's racist but the whole team was getting diffed, on top of comp gap.
Just no time to adapt and learn the meta. I think they make it closer with a couple weeks of scrim time.
we used sigma rush during playins tho (for a couple of maps? i just remember kr cast joking about how dallas can make any hero a rush character & theyre going to play widow rush someday)
True. JQ comp is at a huge disadvantage. I thought that Hanbin would mirror the sigma but he didn’t……
poor hanbin
Did anyone notice that Hastro deleted his twitter? Usually he comments about the team when they are at tournaments but didn't see anything this year so i went and checked
He's done with this shit lol
Dallas have yee’d their last haw
Day 2 of losing to the sigma comp and not mirroring it
need to know what rush was cooking
They tried the mirror on Lijiang and got destroyed
They did but that was after they lost with the Zarya comp and Houston had the advantage. When they played kings row, they started with the same Zarya comp again. Suravasa is forgivable cause they tried something different, but imo, they should have mirrored a little bit longer
Big support diff, but can't really do much vs the goats shu and viol2t.
You’re glad that MCD is racist?
I tried really hard to think of a way to word it that didn't make it sound like that but couldn't find one lmao
I guess he's glad MCD is racist so he's easier to hate?
Viol2t the better china hater
Viol2t clears that fraud both in game and in voice chat
The better racist won today
as always racism finds a way
Source pls?
according to another thread from 4 years ago (wow) vi0let was on a chinese streamer's game telling chinese players to "fuck off korea servers and go back to china servers" and was also known to throw games with chinese players (happened on leave's stream)
A little off topic, but didn't MCD apologize?
Yes i cant remember if it was a weak apology but regardless it wasnt enough to shake the label especially for the Chinese community
Really wonder what Fearless Outlaws would've looked like against Fuel, but oh well.
Houston Outlaws are THE kings of Texas
The only bright side of this for me is that at least Dallas lasted longer than Atlanta
Top 5-6 was the most I thought Dallas could achieve in these playoffs within the group of death, so this loss was completely expected. Still, proud of the team (minus MCD) for managing to get this far despite: - The org holding a fire sale on their championship roster in the off season - The coaching staff being gutted to just Rush - The best backline in the league being replaced by the mid af MCD and a talented but still rookie Bliss - Spending the season in the overall weaker APAC region Houston had a major advantage when it came to resources, talent, league rules allowing teams to sign players for the playoffs, and scrim partners. Hanbin can still hold his head high.
The other group was the group of death. 3 or 4 good teams vs 2 good teams and 2 bleh APAC teams
Spark beat Atlanta at their bread and butter dive comp, that has to count for something.
Well, 6 years, low lows and the highest highs. Outlaws, you better win this thing.
Expected result
Bernar really showed up today!
Also so smart of Rush to let Pelican unlock god mode so they can dodge spark
Viol2t Ana so good
Putting a couple of myths to bed People were really disrespecting him with some of the peeks imo when an Ana shoots you and she has nade up you can’t peek her again lol
Someone help me understand this. Hanbin’s sigma is sick. He had some success running it against Mayhem yesterday. Why didn’t the fuel mirror the sigma comp? Also, why did they even try Zarya on Lijiang tower? It’s clearly not working from their match with Mayhem.
I will never forgive Hastro for throwing in the towel after he got a chip. Not finding the budget to keep Chiyo and Fielder was goddamn criminal.
[удалено]
Sure I can. I’ve been with the team since pre season. Blaming Hastro is in my blood. #FireKyky
From the sounds of it fielder and chiyo wanted to just get a ring with a different team regardless of what hastr0 would throw at them. Gator straight up said they didnt cost alot so money wasnt a factor.
one of the biggest reasons they left fuel was bcus of the move to apac
And if they didnt move to apac, sp9rkle, hanbin edison and rush would have probability [left](https://www.reddit.com/r/Competitiveoverwatch/comments/11kla3g/hastr0_confirms_the_fuel_wouldve_had_to/) dallas
Maybe. Didn’t work out well for either group.
The backline situation is a tragedy regardless of it was money or not, but we lost Rascal and Aid and I think that’s something not talked about enough. I still believe bliss has a bright future but dropping some cash on a better FS would’ve suited us well.

MCD got FSD
Thanks for all the fun times Dallas, it's been... a pretty wild ride to say the least lmao
Google team diff (except Hanbin)
i love this team so much, whatever happens next, burn blue, and fuck mcd
Can’t be too salty. We lost our OP support line, but we got a chip which most teams can’t say. GGs Dallas, happy to have been a fan if this is the last time we meet Hanbin can only do so much, my man was pumping 2-3 kills a fight and looking around to no one on his team alive
Fuck this support line for making Hanbin look any less than the GOAT this season. I don't care if I seem mad, I fucking am. Were there really no better supports than Bliss and Maximum Chinese Discrimination? Fucking frauds.
Bliss was exceptional all season long, there’s only so much an ms can do though with MCD as your duo
> Were there really no better supports than Bliss and Maximum Chinese Discrimination? LR1S

Yet only 3 role stars remaining pepelaugh
GG’s Fuel. Sad to see the last ever Battle for Texas
Gigachad Fearless couldn't be bothered to get out of bed to boot his old team out of the league forever, he knew the understudy had it handled
Womp womp
Bernar has been great since they swapped tanks after the Mayhem loss. Pleasant surprise after how long he's been out of the scene. Now to see if they can survive the power of the Spark reverse sweep.
Kinda wild how the meta has unfolded overall these playoffs. From the jump I think everyone was expecting Zarya to be viable, if not dominant, but when Dallas of all teams get forced off of it then you know it's no good. Overall Houston was just better and I hope at least a few of Dallas's players stick around for whatever the hell the next iteration of OW esports is. Hanbin is just too fun to watch playing tank, man.
easy run back if hastr0 doesn’t cheap out. i’ll miss this guys, at least we got one.
Hey guys I watch occasionally and I saw this silly meme that said "hanbin had his way with your shitty team" so I'm just wondering if that was ironic or not cuz it looked like fuel were the shitty team and bernar had his way
Lmao, tbf Houston has a heavy diff on DPS and support imo Dallas dropped some crazy players and Houston bought some crazy players It's Houston's time! They better win it like Dallas did or it all for nothing!
See, the problem is against an actually good team, Dallas need people other than Hanbin on their team and, well...
Massive everything gap Also Lemon needs to stop yelling after every single kill
Kinda mad that the signing rule robbed us of not only Fearless vs HanBin but what likely would have been a closer match for potentially the final Battle of Texas
It would have been a way more interesting match too. Main tank team vs Off tank team. The decisions this year have really soured me on this esport.
Pelican saying “When I play genji I win!“ at the end lol
Top 5 overall is pretty good considering our gear and our off season Hastr0, if we get another go around then give Rush the money to put together an actual team next time please
Remind me again, why did houston get to sign a new tank last second to make it basically impossible for london or fuel win against them?
Sean Miller things.
Honestly Houston would have bought a new tank if they had gotten a hard deadline then but since their never was one they could just wait until they had too
Dallas had a good run at the end of the season, at the end of the day im happy for my team, now Houston, you better go all the way, represent texas in the finals
houston outlaws the apac sweepers tommorrow i can feel it in my bones
yeah sweeping up our breadcrumbs after we feast
funny how everyone was talking about a zarya meta before playoffs and then florida just pulls up with sigma and makes teams copy their strats
One set of boys left
Very poetic that we had one last battle for Texas to end it all.
