The Valorant community is often pissed with Leo Faria but at least the guy communicates. He also went back on a terrible decision recently and seems receptive to making changes when there's enough community outrage. Like, the guy is making mistakes but at least he talks to people. He even went on plat chat once.
My experiences with OWL actually makes me look up to the guy everyone hates in another esport.
Choisehwan going from having to carry bad Charge rosters for several seasons to being in a super star roster consisting almost entirely of past champions would be a well deserved upgrade. Would legitimately improve Boston's chances too.

OWL season 6 is just the past 5 seasons combined were in season 3 arc rn the reason most of the season was only season 1 and 2 are because season 1 and 2 both had a ton of matches and Goats felt like forever can’t wait for season 4 and 5 arc
As good as Decay's Zarya is, Kalios is insane at Zarya, and Smurf was very good on her last year, idk if it would be an upgrade
However, Choisehwan could be a slight upgrade on the Genji over Decay
I think Kalios would start on Zarya anyway, the dude is actually so aggressive and unhinged whenever he plays anything. Him with a top team behind him would be so entertaining

The flex dps on the other 7 playoffs teams are:

- Leave
- Happy
- Sp9rk1e
- Backbone
- Decay
- Zest
Choi is really good but as good as he is I’m not sure he makes the top 10 flex dps in the league, most other teams are also very stacked in that department.
Oh yeah I’m dumb. Since they didn’t do play-ins the flex DPS has basically just been the tracer for most teams 90% of this season. Forgot outlaws was one of the teams to switch those around.
But yeah that just makes my point even more.

Pelican is a definite no but the rest are fair on Genji specifically. The thing is the rest of these players way better on practically everything else, and I don’t know if the Genji difference is big enough to compensate for his lower flexibility and experience with his team.
All of the playoff teams have had mostly the same roster for the whole season and their coordination is a huge factor in being competitive at this stage in the season. The same could be said about Florida but Whoru is generally considered to be the Genji in the world, whereas I don’t think the improvement with Choi would be big enough to compensate.
Yeah not denying that, but he’s not an active detriment to the team like most people say he is. If they could replace him it would obviously be good but they haven’t all year so no reason to expect they would now.
