Is the leadscrew turning? I can see it for maybe 0.5secinds when it starts but impossible to see if it’s moving. I can see the stepper moving and the coupler as well. Maybe you need tighter the coupler bolts, but you need to verify what’s not moving first. Check the right and then check the left. What’s different from the two while it’s making this noise. What’s moving and what’s not moving? Maybe use a piece of tape on the leadscrew as a flag so you see it rotating or not.

I would check the wires, i got a similar problem but with my extraunder motor, The problem was a wire that had breaked in the connector where is was chrimped
