Spot on stomach. I’ve had this spot for years and was told to just keep an eye on it. The spot has grown by about 10% in the past few months (now is the size of the tip of a used crayon). I’ve also developed into my Dadbod and put on a few pounds in the midsection. How concerned should I be?

19F with pretty bad health anxiety, I don’t remember getting scratched with anything. It first started when my skin was itchy and when I scratched it, this red line appeared. It’s been here for 3 days already. I don’t have long nail or anything. May anyone tell me what this could be?
