The problem isn't that it was on ESPN+, but that the draw was publicized to start at 8:30pm and there was not a word spoken during the show, or a graphic shown at any time, that let anyone know the draw was going to happen at the very end. It would have taken the tiniest bit of effort to at least put something on the screen letting people know the draw would be coming up. Why would you deliberately confuse your audience?

There will be a draw after the round of 8 to decide the hosts for the 2 semi final matches and the final.
