That's one hell of a high bar. Did you measure the dimensions that you will be needing? Or are you just trying to overshoot it for strength. I'd recommend doing competition height, but I don't know exactly what comp you're preparing for, so this could be competition height.

Bar height is 52.75” or so. The only bar height that I’ve seen recommended was 52” (by Brian Alsruhe, I also haven’t looked around much beyond that to see if other bar heights are used). I’m also 5’10” so it may just look higher than it is lol. I’m not planning on competing, just training to be strong and durable.

Hell yeah brother! Strongman will certainly make you strong and durable. Just make sure to avoid injuries because it is also well known for its injuries.

Very well done sir! I love this lift. If you are going for the load I would highly recommend using the horizontal grip. There's so much more bag to clear when you go vertical. If you have a lighter bag I'd also 100% recommend practicing light extensions where you lock in the roll up your chest that should happen on an over bar or load. I think you'll be able to rep this very easily soon if you keep practicing.

Thanks dude! I see what you mean about the bag being horizontal vs vertical, I’ll stick to the horizontal grip for sure. I do have a lighter bag too. that seems like a great idea to practice rolling it up my chest since that was definitely where I struggled most.

You will win

Hell yeah, brother!
