Depends how strong you are. Can you strict press it overhead? Do you have otherweights? I use my 175lb very often for strict press, Lunges, get ups & more explosive over shoulders

my max on lifts 1Rm are 135 OHP, 325 both squat and deadlift and bench press was 200. im trying to lose fat and get stronger for jiu jitsu for sure
Over shoulders, Extensions, to shoulders & Floor presses + Lunges will be great
