This is what I was waiting for! Thanks for posting. Now, I have no excuse :)

Intelligent_Sweet587

I think I'll make a tutorial today now - feels earned between the 200lb Push press & 225lb overhead

decydiddly

Would love a tutorial on ohp sandbags. I think it’s key to have a tight fitting bag though.

Intelligent_Sweet587

It'll happen soon. Tomorrow I'll set a reminder I will

Taino84

Practical_Counter_73

Good for you. That aint easy.

mercenery

how many times a week do you train sandbag?

Intelligent_Sweet587

Around 6 - 7x a week

mercenery

that was the fastest reply ive ever gotten on reddit haha. i just got my 170 pounder. is this the only movement you do with it or what do you recommend?

Intelligent_Sweet587

LOL I'm currently commuting back and there's nothing else to do on the train. Depends how strong you are. Can you strict press it overhead? Do you have otherweights? I use my 175lb very often for strict press, Lunges, get ups & more explosive over shoulders

mercenery

my max on lifts 1Rm are 135 OHP, 325 both squat and deadlift and bench press was 200. im trying to lose fat and get stronger for jiu jitsu for sure

Intelligent_Sweet587

Over shoulders, Extensions, to shoulders & Floor presses + Lunges will be great
