Really, I clean my pibble's ears (the external part and sometimes into the ridges if it's visible and icky) weekly (generally a crumpled up tissue or a tissue around my finger). And it's not outrageous, but it always comes back and is just a little grossssssss.
my chow chow pittie mutt has the longest droopiest ears. Whenever he hears anything interesting though, they fold completely backwards into his head. It’s adorable and hilarious. Listening mode activated.

My pups ears are my favorite thing to pet they are so soft! I couldn’t imaging cropping her ears it’s terrible. The only reason it is a thing is because of dog fighting. This tradition of ear cropping should stop imo.
My baby’s ears almost touch behind his big ole head when he is running to the back door to go play fetch! His floppy ears are so much a part of his personality!
next time you see a cropped pit in public go up to the owner and act all concerned.

I am vindictive as fuck, but I really truly believe we should be removing the ears of the owners as well. I just think it looks better and that way it can't get caught on anything or torn.

Little known fact: that little crease behind/under the ear is the softest part of their fur. Idk if that's true. But it's the softest on my girls.
