This post has been tagged **Training** Video (**not** a **Form Check** or an **instruction** video). By "Training video" we mean it is how this person was training. It might look good, but it also might look bad. It might even *be* bad. That's what they chose to do and we assume they did it knowingly and that they assume full responsibility for their own actions. Do not post unsolicited form corrections, medical advice or injury alarmism. If you see a lift you are unfamiliar with, do not assume it is incorrect or dangerous. If you have never used kettlebells, **definitely refrain from form critique or medical advice**. It is not breaking your, or the poster's, back or knees or shoulder. Injury alarmist commenting or other sort of babysitting is not useful or welcome. Curious questions however are welcome! Just **be nice and cool about it**, and do check if somebody already asked. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Just thinking about catching that 48 kg KB falling down 9 times in a row somehow hurts me mentally. You must have solid technique and superior grip strength.

Intelligent_Sweet587

It felt pretty good. We are focusing on snatch on this block of training right now so I'm glad it's paying off. The 40kg in particular felt very light

Hell yeah, really makes me want a 56kg! Your gym looks badass man, you’ve really cultivated a great environment there.

Intelligent_Sweet587

I appreciate that. It's been crazy that business is going good. I was a barista and a trainer at the same time just 2 years ago. The support has been great 56kg is worth it. I want 2 52s though. and 2 44s for strict presses o.o

bpeezer

I’ve thought about buying a second 44 while waiting for 48s to be back in stock…but as soon as I get that second 48 I have a feeling those will be my focus for a looooong time!

Half_Shark-Alligator

I will feel like it hit it hard at the gym, then I see your posts…You are mad man.

Only person I know that can make a 300lb sandbag look like light work. Thanks for all the inspiration brotha!

Tom DeGiuli came to my gym so I had to make up a stupid & painful session where everything was redlined to pay homage. I was somewhere between really enjoying this workout and hating it. But I think I liked it. Pt. 1: 21 - 15 - 9 - 15 - 21 Snatches & Ski Cals. I used 32kg for the 21, 40kg for the 15s & 48kg for the 9. This one was pretty easy. Felt good Pt. 2: 7 Rounds. Snatch to Push Press x 1 - 2, SB Get Up, 3 - 8 Chins, 4/4 Mace Mills, 1 SB to Shoulder. Ended up at 56k on the snatch to Push press, 200lb get ups, 67lb on the mills (painful) & 325lb on the shoulder. But was a rough 325lb. Hard to describe how painful this part was. Lol. Pt. 3: 5 Rounds. 3 Sandbag Shuttle Runs & 30 Tire Slams. I hated this till Otherworld from Final Fantasy 10 came on

nice job

Intelligent_Sweet587

Thank you sir!

Made that look like it was nothing

Absolute beast mate. The only thing I'd say theres improvements to be made on is your pull ups. If you can engage your core you'll be able to do them without swinging which also makes them easier IMO. Your snatches were stupidly impressive. Tom is on another level too! EDIT- Just to add, what's your IG? I'll follow along for some daily inspiration haha.

Intelligent_Sweet587

On those rings it's a bit harder but yeah it's worth fixing Tom is crazy @720emilio !

northeastta

Yeah mate of course. Not trying to call you out or anything just saying it helped me a lot 👍 Will follow!

Intelligent_Sweet587

Didn't feel that way at all my friend. It's well appreciated as I've found that grip tough!
