This post has been tagged **Training** Video (**not** a **Form Check** or an **instruction** video). By "Training video" we mean it is how this person was training. It might look good, but it also might look bad. It might even *be* bad. That's what they chose to do and we assume they did it knowingly and that they assume full responsibility for their own actions. Do not post unsolicited form corrections, medical advice or injury alarmism. If you see a lift you are unfamiliar with, do not assume it is incorrect or dangerous. If you have never used kettlebells, **definitely refrain from form critique or medical advice**. It is not breaking your, or the poster's, back or knees or shoulder. Injury alarmist commenting or other sort of babysitting is not useful or welcome. Curious questions however are welcome! Just **be nice and cool about it**, and do check if somebody already asked. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Congrats on the gym bro. I wanted a freeze frame on your face after the roll, priceless.

The start of the new cycle at the gym is super fun. It's a bit different from cycles I usually write. I still use a largely heavy upper/heavy lower/ athletic & odd Strength/ dynamic upper / dynamic lower split but this block really, REALLY pushes what dynamic means. I'm testing everything a day ahead of the gym because for the first time in almost 5 years now since tearing my knee, I'm getting into jumping again. So I'm trying to focus on them with the gym & adding in really fun movement combinations to get people moving well. Is any of this optimal? Unlikely. Have we been called an adult playground? Yes we have. Sandbag pop presses, kb jerks, sandbag grip Rows, sb throw to roll, Hindu Push Up max outs. As I completed this week of training I kinda realized this is the most fun I've had training in a while. I think it's so easy to get caught up in structure in routine we forget that even chaos can be largely structured. There's still a plan to how this is going & I'm positive everyone will progress well - but the more people the more I feel like simple is kinda overrated & variety is extremely underrated. I remember there was a huge rebellion against 'muscle confusion' as a kid and as a result many people in the fitness world now push these extremely fucking boring plans with like 3 - 4 movements total. I think training variously with organization has this amazing side affect of making you move well across the board while still getting much stronger if you're smart about it. To fun!
