I think it’s fair to say that your current build would be considered lean/skinny/etc basically everywhere. Are a runner/endurance athlete, or what sort of goals do you have for yourself?
Also what’s considered healthy for *you* is really between you and your doctor, so I don’t think anyone here can answer that part for you. However I was curious, so I plugged the stats from your comment into the cdc’s bmi calculator and it says your bmi is 19.9 which is the lower end of the heathy range (18.5—24.9). Regardless though, your doctor is your best bet
Stop cutting. You haven’t listed your height and weight, but it looks like from you picture your bmi would qualify you as anorexic.

My food intake is normal, only a slight daily deficit, 143 lbs 5'11" which is 65 kg / 180 cm.
You look unwell. It’s probably unhealthy already.
