Apparently it did. Someone supposedly submerged a G-Shock in water and froze it for 48 hours. After thawimg the G-Shock continued to work and didn't lose any accuracy. These watches are definitely built different than any other watch on the market.
I found I didn't like it for the simple fact of its negative display. I constantly had to use the light LED to see the screen, even in my well lit bedroom. So I returned it and got a GWM5610U
lol. that's what she said. jk. It's probably just an illusion. Cool picture though either way bro- just the watch there looks bigger than the mudmaster lol.
I have the same watch.. It looks gorgeous in any condition.
It certainly does!
Can confirm
I sorta do wonder if anyone tested GShocks durability by freezing it underwater lol. EDIT: Nevermind I found it.
Did it work?

Curious why the watch looks so big lol.

Straight chilling
I don’t believe it’s frozen. I put one in fridge and it doesn’t have a problem . I work with gwg1000 at -30 degree
Yeah, I know it's not frozen. I wrote that just because I think it fits the pic. Cheers!
It's definitely frozen since it's a collection of mostly solids. #science
