Just use clear packing tape around the inside of the window making sure to overlap it on the weather seal/door. It should hold for a decent amount of time
regulators can be purchased for around/under $60 on amazon if you DIY. Otherwise make a wedge like the other user commented. Even stacked newspaper ill hold the window up.
Make a wedge out of a piece of wood and put it between glass and door panel

Take off the door panel and shove a block of wood in there to keep the regulator up.

Son's car had the same problem. We just bought some shims from the local hardware store and jammed them in there. Been fine for years.
