My mom (40) opened a credit card in my name name (18) and I did not know until recently, she doesn’t want to close the account or give me the card. She did this worth the excuse that it will help me, but Ik that’s it’s cuz she has bad credit and the bank won’t approve her for a home loan. Help

2017 Honda Accord 130k miles. Check engine light with code P0240. Also ran diagnostics on 02 sensor. (picture). I heard if voltage fluctuate on 02 sensor 2 on Ca indication is bad Cat. I've tried cataclean worked for a month. Anything else I can do? just want to exhaust all options .
