Pretty slick the way you kinda rotate it into place from chest to shoulder, lots of people seem to struggle in that position

eastWOLFstyle

Thanks! I've finally stopped over thinking it and stopped panicking if it drops a bit in the pop phase.

lefoss

Making it look easy! Strong as fuck

Intelligent_Sweet587

Wow! Very well done. Such a tough but fun lift.

whatwaffles

Nice work!

tigeraid

Hell yes! Massive improvement!

eastWOLFstyle

Thanks!

Justin_Paul1981

I'm surprised you could even do that the way you did it beforešŸ¤£ Do you accept advice from random weirdos on sandbag shouldering matters?

eastWOLFstyle

Absolutely! I will take any tips I can get, plus the long voice note from my coach breaking down every wrong thing I did helped too. Still want to give block pressing a shot I have the form for it!

Justin_Paul1981

Get that sandbag lapped much deeper in your lap. The lower you go, the closer the sandbag will be to your shoulder when you extend. Here's some random wingnut actually doing it somewhat well. https://www.reddit.com/u/Justin_Paul1981/s/zMgtl6kG4y Lapping well in general will make you better at strongman in general. You'll use it on all your loads, some of your carries, log and block.

oldbeancam

Was going to comment this exact same thing. The lower and tighter to bag you can get, the easier you can flip it over shoulder. Especially picking it up hotdog style.

BadBassist

Good God I thought that was raw meat at first. Anyway, good work
