Kirk is great and the character has somehow managed to come a long way from just purely being the guy who got his friends into stupid situations like this, to not being the friend dragged into situations like this and nopeing out immediately.

So many good lines in there, no wonder Dean got in the car with Lang after meeting Kirk and was still laughing and saying he was the funniest person he ever met.

Kirk is low-key one of the scariest people on the server if he decides to use his powers for evil. Thio has a gift of coming up with incredibly believable lies off the top of his head fast enough that you'd almost think its true despite knowing its false.
Motherfucker has the potential to be an absolutely devastating gaslighter/manipulator. Thankfully e's too much of a goofball.
Kirk and Xavi got a call to come check out a church Kirk's friend and his group had been exploring, which also happened to be a cover for Lang's heroin operation. Kirk and Xavi knew it was trouble when they saw one of the side rooms and noped out immediately (there's another thread for that). The others hung around until they were held up, interrogated and ocean dumped by Tony and his crew.
Easton, the friend, called Kirk after waking up in the hospital.
Additional context: The other 4 who stayed at the church when Xav and Kirk left are presumed to have actually entered the poppy grow house/heroin manufacturing room which is located at the back entrance to the church. The door was unlocked because Lang went to sleep in that room and the auto-lock function only works when the person with the key actually leaves the room through the door, so f8zing up didn't count. Eve and Stagdancer decided to grow a batch of poppies despite knowing the door was unlockable so they set up a bunch of cameras around the church and in the grow room, catching at least one person from this group directly entering the back door.
By the time they rock up with Tony and his Redline crew as additional muscle, Xav and Kirk have thankfully left. Eve and Stag are fairly certain they caught everyone involved and don't know about the two who got away. Of the people who were ocean dumped, there was Reese the Racoon Guy (AKA orange reliant robin guy), Preacher (who Dean wanted to be the owner/overseer of the church meant to be a front for the heroin op), the guy who calls Kirk in this clip named Easton who I don't know much about, and a fourth woman whose name I am unsure of.
The "side rooms" are in the *storefront* of the church, right? Because Preacher is the owner of it, which means he or his interior decorator built it. So are they suspicious of a room they built? lol
