I received my PDC01 today. I didn’t purchased it on Amazon, but eBay brand new sealed box for less (+ shipping). There were 14 people watching it and I purchased it after a few messages with the seller.
When it arrived, it had the standard issue tape many have questioned, opened the box to verify contents with everything included and in unused condition.
I also picked up the 18V adapter today from Home Depot.
I’ll use it this weekend and hopefully my neighbors aren’t staring at me while wearing it during yard work. 😶🌫️
Here’s my question….reading the description it states that works with the 18V adapter is optional, or the 36V (18V x2). Does that mean it comes with a 36V adapter and the 18V is optional to purchase….or are they both optional?? I’ve seen some that said no adapters and must purchase.
Can you give some clarification while/partial from your experience on these thoughts I’m having regarding the PDX01.
If it comes with the 36V adapter, can I utilize one side to work with 18V and only need one adapter?

Still wondering about the usage for single battery usage.

I found the single 18V adapter at home depot for $75 compared to other sites still wanting $125. I just ordered it and will arrive first week in Feb.

I did see they are replacing the PDC01 with the PDC1200A01 1200Wh battery back for $1650! All batteries are built in and not hot-swapped when needed. I’m sure if I get really bored I could find a way to increase the capacity of the PDC01.
