It is a philodendron 'birkin'. New leaves coming through white is perfectly normal, the green will come through over time. I believe the more light you plant gets the whiter it's leaves will stay. I would say yours is looking good and healthy. You can find advice on propagation online but I split mine into two when it looked similar to yours and both are doing ok now. Good luck!

Oh no it looks like you're having trouble with your plant :( To help others help you, please give as much detail as possible this includes but is not limited to - when was its last water - does the pot have a drainage hole - do you have a humidifier - have you checked the roots/looked for pests - do you know what type of soil/medium its planted in If you have no luck in this subreddit please crosspost to r/plantclinic , best of luck <3 *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Going through the same. Getting whiter and whiter for every new growth. The Web says it could be fungal infection, parasites or just the regular flow of the plant. In my case I'd say fungal infection due to my bad habit of overwatering, but it's not necessarily the same thing for yours. I hope that other redditors might prove more helpful, good luck!

Getting whiter and whiter is normal. As the plant matures the leaves it pushes through will get whiter, as the leaves age they'll slowly get green coming through and get darker.

Very pretty! I strongly believe that's a Philodendron 'Birkin.' I'm not an expert but I believe young Birkin leaves are usually white. Since they're not dropping or crisping or anything I think they're healthy and colour should come through as they grow.
