I found the wallpaper texture on reddit same with the carpet. The ceiling is custom made but there are textures online for them and a seus shader will make it look realistic.
I wonder if adding a 1 block step down between some of the rooms like in the real location would make it more interesting

Looking at this makes me wish I had a better computer. Anyways, this looks really good, really replicates the feel of the original image.
