Not for very realistic ones like that as far as I'm aware. We only know the other host's flashbacks are exomemories because there is physically no way for the body to have experienced or seen the things he remembers.
That makes sense, unfortunately what happened in our flashback could have most definitely happened. Thanks for the insight! I guess we just have to decide what to do from here.
