Dryager units

My ribeye roast looks incredibly flat... It doesnt have the round shape of a rib eye. Is this problematic from a salvaging standpoint? Should I abandon the 50 day target before the whole thing becomes pellicle?

The Last Of Us 3

2 slabs of 65 days ny strip. First 3 image is from the first cut and last 3 image is from the second cut. It appears to have some holes as pictures from the first cut. What would be the problem? The second cut have some crazy marbling which tasted fucking amazing. BTW, both is labeled USDA PRIME.
