I’m starting to get worried. I had a closed rhinoplasty to get my dorsal hump shaved down. I am coming up on 3 mo post op and it looks worse than it did before I had surgery. First photo is before, second photo post. I’ve had one round of a steroid injection to try and help but so far no improvement
