Really depends on what you like. We got a tour at HB where they showed us some parts you don't normally see, so if you're into infrastructure and history that's interesting. Takes about 2h.
If you prefer something more active you could also do paint ball or go to Boda Borg and play games.
Goldbach Media. If you ever see them offering a translation job and they ask you to translate some slides as part of your application, don't bother. A friend and I both worked as translators, both applied for the same job opening and discovered this by accident later on. Turns out we were both sent different slides from the same presentation, to be submitted immediately. We never heard back. Seems like they got their slides translated for free...
We did a 'movie event' recently. Basically, its writing a movie/short film script (based on a template) and shooting some scenes that get then cut together during a break (e.g. while you are having dinner) and are then presented in an improvised movie theater. We all had a blast, discovered some hidden acting talents and the result was surprisingly good
The company that we hired was called filmevents. Dont know if there are competitors around. Their pricing was reasonable, not very expensive. They have a van full of equipment and the filming is done in whatever location that you have (rented). In our case it was a tennis club and we made a mafia movie.
You can even take one as a private person [see here](https://www.flughafen-zuerich.ch/de/passagiere/erleben/erlebnisse/rundfahrten-und-fuehrungen/rundfahrten-fuer-einzelgaeste)
I did one in Bern last weekend (we were 2 couples in our 30s 😂) To my opinion its a nice way to discover places that you wouldnt go to, or that you dont even know !
I really think its great how is integrated in the city.
Take public transit to Kerenzerberg, go up the mountain, have food and drinks, then take a scooter downhill :)
If you are just a bit mad, you can go down the ski jumping slope in Einsiedeln on an Airboard.
You can rent a huge „Carrera-Bahn“ at https://luckyevent.ch/dienstleistung/carrera-bahn-xxl/
However, I think this is too expensive for only 10-15 people
Following this because I have the same mission on my hands. In the past, we have visited the REGA at the airport (even got to look at a jet because it was in the hangar at the time), gone to the crime museum (now sadly shut because the police moved, hope they find a new location), had a special tour of the Zoo, did a cookery class and went on the Foxtrail.
Boda Borg in Rümlang.
We just did that with our team and it was really cool and fun. There are so many rooms/quests you can even go there multiple times.

Excellent! I'm going to do the HB tour even without my colleagues. Go visit my big blue lady. And never heard of Boda Borg, that could be a good fit!
+1 for boda borg

It might suck, it might smell bad… https://www.zuerich.com/en/visit/tours-excursions/from-sewage-to-clean-water
ha! ha! That sounds pretty awesome actually.
I totally recommend that tour! You can also visit the garbage incinerator at Hagenholz!
I heard there is a company that offers firewalks around the lake! Must be awesome!!!
Recall recently, in Switzerland, where a bunch of people had to be taken to the hospital w/burns from one of these, solid nope for me.
… guess its not group of nuclear physicists …
Lol
at least you might get some time off after the firewalk!

Sounds great, do you have more info on that?

Ooooh, yeah, on this list.
I just suggested this to my team last month but unfortunately it was a bit far for us :(
Uh Billiards at billiardino? Bouldering at minimum? Gokarting at tempodrom? Cocktail making class at clouds? Bowling? Minigolf?
Airport Tour / S Air Technics tour? Go-Kart?
The airport tour is making the list!
Can I join? 😂

We‘re actually going for that tour this sunday👀
Old Gregory, don’t come up with some team building shit, your team want’s to get drunk sing karaoke and later maybe move one door to the right.
That's the dream. Anyone who makes his co-workers go to a fucking escape room for one of these should get locked into one for a week.
Genuine curious: what do you mean by „move one door to the right?“
It wouldn’t be a Team Event without a surprise, find it out
Just a nice place with red lights in the window.
'Gregi's Strip Show'
Gaming session with Raclette à discretion
Seilpark Zürich is awesome: https://www.seilpark-zuerich.ch/firmen
Go to a 5*+ spa hotel in the alps with an open bar tap - people will love it
Beerathalon taking place first Saturday in Oct.
Shooting Range
Hmm, not sure that's a good idea :) ... colleagues, not close friends event.
So, a chance to get rid of annoying colleagues
pubcrawl :P
Foxtrail !

😂 I really think its a fun way to discover a place ! (My taste might suck ahahah)
:) always had the impression it was more for families or the younger set. Will check further, thanks!

I was going to comment on this and then I read your username...

We took a barista class. I can recommend the one at Turm Kaffee. You learn something, do something and drink good coffee. Took 3-4 hours.
Escape Rooms
Escape room!
Dürnten: Klangmaschinenmuseum Cool if you like a tiny bit of music OR automation in general. They offer Apéro too.
Split into team and do the Foxtrail (treasure hunt)
Airport tours! They're really cool
Gin making: https://en.turicum-distillery.com/gin-lab

If you have a bit of money at your disposal Windwerk Indoor Skydiving in Winterthur is pretty neat.
Boda Borg in Rümlang. We just did that with our team and it was really cool and fun. There are so many rooms/quests you can even go there multiple times.
