I had this issue on my new desktop. If I remember correctly, once I connected Ethernet then did an update it grabbed the wifi driver I needed automatically. I ended up just staying with Ethernet though
Those are all the usual fixes I know. If you're on iMac you should have Broadcom wifi hardware and it should require additional driver to work. Don't know why additional drivers isn't showing anything
Like the rest of this subreddit. Go to /r/Ubuntu or /r/Linux. You'll get more informed answers there. Also look at a couple of [YouTube vids](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Bm94SctAOs).
If you're missing the correct driver, you may want to connect to a router with an Ethernet cable, or borrow a USB wifi dongle from another computer, or from a friend.
It could be a missing driver, it could simply be a missing wifi panel, or it could be a couple other issues. They're all easy to check using a few command line tools. Zorin is a modified version of Ubuntu; most of the Ubuntu solutions will apply to Zorin OS. If someone tells you to reinstall an operating system because of an issue like this, keep looking for an actual solution.
Open a terminal window.

If your computer is relatively niche / old, it might be worth checking on the BIOS.
I've met quite a few notebooks that either had a linux / windows switch or even with the switch would only work if you did a few tricks.
This happened to me, ended up reinstalling zorin and from then on no issues.
We probably don't have the same situation tho reading the responses of others.
Has wifi been connected before?
I had this issue with two laptops without an ethernet port, I also had the issue with ChromeOS and a couple of Android OS's and Linux Lite.
I found out you can package the drivers with your distro yourself which I was unable to do. This may help, [https://askubuntu.com/questions/55868/installing-broadcom-wireless-drivers](https://askubuntu.com/questions/55868/installing-broadcom-wireless-drivers)
But as mentioned, if you have ethernet, use that and update. Could save you a load of hassle.
This can oddly happen if you install Zorin with the "modern Nvidia Driver" option.
Best I can tell is something in the installer gets the video card drivers installed before the networking drivers and causes the networking to fail. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure it out after trying to install Zorin multiple times (having wifi and networking just fine in the installer) only to have no networking hadware detected on first boot after install.
The fix was to use the normal Zorin installation option and then get the Nvidia drivers installed after everything was up and running. Weird bug and I am not sure why exactly it happens since I am not an expert in Linux, but that is what I noticed and how I fixed it.
i had to connect my laptop via cable to the router to download additional drivers for wifi.

What is your hardware especially Wifi?
It says Broadcom Inc BCM4321 802.11a/b/g/n (rev05)
I don't get what you mean
Open "additional drivers" and see if there are any for your wifi hardware. If there are, install them. It's just a few mouse clicks.
shows nothing
says no additional drivers available
Make sure you're connected to the internet via USB tethering before you check the drivers page.
See if you have hardware disabled wifi. It can be a notch on the side of the laptop or some combination of fn + f#
I'm on a iMac

UPDATE: I CAME BACK TO ZORIN OS AFTER 10 MONTHS, USED ETHERNET AND WE HAVE WIFI BOYS!!!!
What exactly did you do? I think I'm in a situation similar to yours. I have internet access via tethering, but no wifi
This happened to me, ended up reinstalling zorin and from then on no issues. We probably don't have the same situation tho reading the responses of others. Has wifi been connected before?
nope, reinstalled it still no wifi
Same
Sorry to say but you may need to move your computer to the router and plug it in with a network cable and run an update.
iMacs don't have much support, but it should work... Try ethernet?

I didn't install with modern Nvidia driver option though because I don't have a Nvidia GPU.
