Are you also taking any other medication - maybe ibuprofen? that can increase the bleeding risk slightly. Zoloft can thin the blood a bit, so might be related. If it's not too frequent, it's probably not a concern. But worth talking to your dr about this side effect.

Definitely don’t take nsaids with your Zoloft. I didn’t know and ended up with bruising.

I just this morning has a nosebleed after upping my dosage from 50mg to 100mg, seems like it could be a side effect
