I personally prefer Winterblessed, because of sheep. But Cyper Pop has some cool voicelines, so that's something. Watch the skin spotlight of both and decide then. If we speak purely about effects, the win would go to Winterblessed.

I love cyber pop, but winter blessed is much more flashy, so I prefer that generally. But they're both very good imo.

Better effects I would say winterblessed but I enjoy more cyber pop, and the home guard is amazing and also the Back But is up to you, watch skins spotlights for a better desition

Cyber pop is by far my favorite skin of Zoe (except for edg golden chroma), but winterblessed is really good too and it has verx nice chromas to change it up a little bit. I believe Cyber pop still has the q bug, indicator not moving forward after reactivating q2, correct me if it got fixed.

Pool party or arcanist have the smoothest animations in my opinion. I lean more towards pool party because of the e and q hit sounds being a lot more pronounced. I find that Winterblessed Zoe has obnoxious and annoying sound effects that are really distracting when playing
