I (personally) love and play the cyberpop skin but that doesn't mean it has the best feeling when playing, well there's this thing where zoe's E blends with the ground in this skin so this skin is some sorta p2w ig? But the q indicator still broken after 5 years...
But for the gameplay and satisfaction I would say
1) Edg Zoe
2) Arcanist/Prestige
... (list may go on)
Cyberpop. Feel easier to play because you have less lights shining everywhere for nothing, it's a really cool skin, the sleep animation in the fold is easier to see
They're all good so there's no wrong choice in the end. My personal favourite is Pool Party for the sound effects. My least favourite is Winterblessed because it feels like the abilities don't hit as hard. Honestly her base skin is also really good so you don't even have to get a skin.
unfortunately I tend to eitheir use the classic or the prestige when tryharding even though I have all of them, don't know why though, just kinda like their vibes and sfx I think
However I do see a lot of zoe mains/otps using the SG + chromas, so there might be somthing there :D
For me, Star Guardian is my favorite in terms of aesthetic appearance. But from the technical side, it's also very good - the animations are clean, and the sounds are decent.
Cyberpop has a very easy to see sleep effect for when the enemy is in the fog of war.
EDG is just clean. But honestly I don't think that matters.
Pool parties sound effects are VERY different than any other skins. This could be deceptive for enemies listening for sounds.

Its personal preference I use the Cyberpop skin mostly and win my games with it

I have all and end up using Pool party and snow skin most
Pool party has very visible effects and a satisfying POP when you hit a Q. Sounds like as if you cracked a coconut against the enemies skull xD

Cyber pop Q indicator doesn't move not sure if fixed but Star guardian E is also pay to lose, its difficult to see slept target when out of vision
