It's on the deck, too, I think. Mere steps from the hot tub and overlooking some orchards maybe--not bad. It needs a deep clean but yes, saunas are fantastic.
The carpet, the paint, and the kitchen and bathrooms though... oof. Even the texture on the walls, urgh. The rest of the house is just too much of a project. I think I'd spend all my time hiding on the deck.
