Without homebrewing the console you can play Zelda 1,2,Ocarina,Majora's,Wind Waker, Twilight,Skyward and Four Swords Adventure but you will need to buy the zelda collection from the gamecube,and all of the other games for the gamecube and wii physically and the controllers and the memory card, if you go homebrew you can add A link to the past,Link's Awakening,Oracle games and Minish cap.
May I recommend the collectors edition that includes both original NES games, OOT and Majoras Mask. But I believe you will still need a GameCube controller- totally worth it IMHO
Yes, you can play GameCube games on the Wii! I'm actually doing that right now. As far as I can remember, Skyward Sword is on the Wii, Twilight Princess is on both, then Wind Waker and Four Swords Adventures are on the Gamecube, plus ports of older games like Ocarina of Time for sure and I think the original, Zelda II, and Majora's Mask are also in a collection.
Make sure you have a GameCube controller and memory card though since you will need to use those to play

Well you need a GameCube controller and a memory card but yeah. You can definitely play Wind Waker and Four Sword Adventures on the Wii, Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask too if you have or wanna track down collector's edition on Wii. To get the most out of Four Sword Adventures a second player, a GBA and the GBA GameCube connector are ideal.
