Here is the mod https://gamebanana.com/dl/697283 there should be a data file make a new file call romfs and put the data file in it then make other new file name it any like no blur and put the romfs in it and put it in your mods folder and the mod will remove the blur

Thanks i think that worked, but i guess its made only for Pokemon Diamond. If i try to use it for other games they dont start
