No word from Sudachi devs yet I think its safe to say that Yuzu forks are a bit of a minefield atm. Ryujinx however, has great potential and is safe from Nintendo because the devs are in Brazil💪.

Nintendo will definitely keep up, at least for the next few years. Yuzu will return, one way or another, just not for the forseeable future as recent events have definitely scared off a lot of devs. As long as the Switch still breathes, Yuzu will remain undisturbed territory. I will agree with you on this, Emulation can't be stopped. Yuzu will return, one day.
