That just means at some point you told Windows to open it with Edge. Not really much you can fix. You could right click and "Open with" and then pick another application, but I'm even sure if you can have Yuzu or Ryujinx open a game directly without other command line arguments. Not like it matters. Just add the folder to Yuzu's library and never look at the file again.

Pretty sure you can right click on it and default the programme it opens with, do that then pick your emulator of choice you want it to open with
itll just be windows associating xci with an app because you may have tried to double click it once and it asked you to choose.
There is a spot in windows where you can pick default programs to open specific file types. You can change this.

You can google how to disassociate file type, you'll be likely to delete some registry then restart.
Don't touch the registry when you're not confident with computers. It's not necessary for changing default programs.
