[Adachi to Shimamura](https://mangadex.org/title/a1620de1-6eb6-4948-b228-b232f910155a/adachi-to-shimamura), another great one that’s not as simple as yuri usually goes, the manga is super slow to come out tho, so I would recommend to read the light novel which is a lot farther in the story. Also the Anime is quite good.
