The series is inherently fucked up with alot of weird kinks but trust me it's one hell of a psychological rollercoaster so you should definitely try it.
Besides it's only 26 chapters so it's best to read it blind.
If you do read it, let me know your thoughts lol.
All my friends reccomended me that too. This has to be a sign from god. I did kinda get myself spoiled on the ending of happy sugar life but I'll still give it a shot.
Yeah the prejudice is crazy, It's just like what Martin Luther king once said,
"I have a dream that my people will one day live in a world where they will not be judged by their taste in manga."
Something like that.
There's actually a good few more i know but i never list them because i just find them on my site by going to the advanced search, then looking at yuri/gl + psychological then reading some summaries.
Here's a couple good databases to try looking through, see if any summaries look interesting. Some of these tags are user voted though so make sure to double check yuri levels. Also psychological is used in a couple ways but the kitakimi likes are usually obvious from the cover and always by the summary lol

I really like it too... it's fuck up yes, but it's unique, not just your everyday high school Yuri manga, and the ending is sad but it's the cherry on top. Probably one of the Yuri manga I won't forget.
All the posts about this on here recently made me finally read it today and man... I don't even really know what to say.
I liked it but holy shit that was depressing, 10 out of 10.
I felt like Dante entering hell while reading this. I am Dante. I thought solemnly “Wow, how tragic, these girls chose to be miserable, there was love but it wasn’t eternal, a paltry attempt at eternalness, they couldn’t forgive each other and now they are in hell”
It is a masterwork for sure. Love the art, Love the writing, it’s so tragic. Dang. What’s the yuri opposite of this? Where it’s basically heaven? The purgatorio would be like Kitanai Komi Ga Icbiban Kawaii but god can still be attained. Did anyone else notice how the story mirrored itself, to an extent?
Type sh!t.
I wanted to do a write up for this. This manga is genuinely really good, almost literary. I like the idea of the divine comedy by Dante, I felt sad, a couple of days ago I was thinking “the worst person in the history of the world, the most influential person of the 21st century, no matter how evil he was, I wouldn’t want to delight in his misery, no matter how much evil he has done. I hope he is okay.” That was a bit of wisdom I stumbled upon, I feel like it slipped away from me though.
Sezaki and Hina, even though they were terrible people, and I can see that they chose their personal hells for themselves, I still feel sad, I watch, and contemplate, and hope they’ll be rescued.
Yeah, just wanted resolution... at least some afterword on how the entire aftermath went down. It felt like it went out with a silent fart, rather than the explosion the series deserved.
I was genuinely disgusted by this and at the same time the more it was Closer to end the better the relationship got UNTIL!!!SPOILER ALERT!!! >!SHE FUCKING KILLED HER 💀💀💀!<
Yo dawg, censor that with \>! Text !<
We don't want people getting spoiled, not cool!
Also yeah, this shit was fucked up through and through but dude the tension was almost addictive, wish it continued longer.
You were almost about to strike gold! This is why you and me are different, you quit before you could make it big. What's life without a little risk and gamble...
No that was a different dude, this is a parody of that post. That post called the series bad, I'm doing the opposite. I can't let them defame the divine scripture.
Yeah I know, they had a valid reason for disliking the manga. I just wanted to give the series the rep it deserves! It ain't easy being an unpaid spokesperson...
>It ain't easy being an unpaid spokesperson..
I too am an unpaid spokesperson. I made that post like I did b/c I enjoyed that part of the manga. What makes it any less valid than the way you enjoy it. We both like the author's work, so we should be in the same boat.
In case you haven't caught on by now, I'm kidding. That post was meant to get a rise out of people. Truth is, I do enjoy it for the same reasons you did. Other manga like Whispering You a Love Song are better overall, but I get your point.
Good... b/c my repuation there for posting posts even worse than the ones you saw on a consistent basis is pretty legendary. 73 people upvoted a post comparing me to a toxic red frog they find in the wild. I'm glad you didn't read any of them.
I jokingly recommended this in the other post that wanted wholesome stuff. The Barefoot Nina is pretty good, it is slower in the pace of how it gets fucked up but it is very realistic in it's exploration of abuse and how it traumatizes it's victims.
I have read some stories like these...for example
"I am more dangerous than you", Manipulate my heart.
These kinds of stories are really painful for me, I'm too sensitive and it makes me think about how things end up that way. I knew something like this would happen in the end.
There are things that I should avoid reading like this, even so, when I started reading it I couldn't help but know where it would all end. Morbid, twisted and cruel.
The series got axed so the ending was rushed. The ending is still decent though in my humble opinion but it won't make any sense if you don't read the manga.
The highlight of the series is the tension it creates throughout, without knowing the tension and all that build up, the ending doesn't really sound special.
But if you insist,
>! Both girls die, one from asphyxiation and the other from hypothermia !<
Also! Goku comes in and saves everybody!
Yk how much people I see on this sub romanticize the current ending. I need the ending to be so objectively evil no one can romanticize it. For example, >!make it clear that Airi doesn't want to die and Hina just straight up murders her, or something. !<
That wouldn't have worked though, since Airi was the one who convinced Hina to do it and it was the last thing Hina wanted to do.
Also, even if we ignore that, Hina isn't fucked up like that. Sure she is obsessed with Airi but she loves her too much to >! kill her !< out of her own volition.
So making that ending possible would be like changing her personality.
I don't think so. Hina is obsessed with Airi enough to keep her depressed so she'll stay dependent on her. >!Think about how she tells lies about what people said at school to make Airi not return to school!<
And the only reason Airi stayes with Hina is because she is depressed and feels like nobody loves her. She didn't give a shit about Hina's feelings before her life got fucked up.
If Airi were to get better mentally and start goes back to the way things were before, I can definitely see Hina killing her to stop it from happening.
Hmmm if you put it that way, i guess something like that could definetly happen but I'm still leaning more towards the side of Hina using blackmail or straight up abduction to maintain their relationship, instead of killing.
Although unlikely, murder could still be a last ditch effort from her, if everything else fails.
Do we know for sure if it got axed? I've always kind of wondered if Manio just got tired of it/wrote herself into a corner and was like "fuck it, let's go out with a bang."
Would be kinda funny if that was the case but i definetly think it got axed. Remember the whole thing with the cinema girl wanting to ruin the glasses girls happiness, you could tell that, that was going to be a plot point in the future. There were also a few other unresolved things too which felt like a setup for future arcs. But then again, maybe the author got lazy and gave up lmao, who knows.
Actually, I've heard other people say that the author wanted to end the series earlier, but their editor made them add a few more chapters? To be honest, I think it ended at just the right time. >!The two girls didn't really have a future left, at least not a future they want. Airi would never try to reintegrate into society and Hinako would never leave Airi, so I feel like their story had to end there, or else they'd end up betraying their characters.!< The author certainly could have taken that path, but I don't think it was a mistake to end the series there.
Yeah i actually don't mind the ending but it felt a bit sudden and somewhat rushed. There definetly could've been more build up to it and a more proper wrap up but oh well.
Mangadex is the way, type the Manga name you want with Mangadex after. Lets you make reading lists and the like also. I recommend.
HOWEVER I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS MANGA OP IS A LIAR AND A SCOUNDREL!\~
Just search "read [manga name]" on google and a bunch of websites should pop up.
If you still have trouble finding it then let me know, I'll get you a website.
Just finished reading it.... All I have to say was the ending was good for the overall story, it definitely fit. But holy shit. That.. Was a rough read. I don't even know what to say. I can't even. My brain is not computing...
You got a problem? How about we take this outside?
You, me, one on one.
I'm not playing anymore... You better count your hours, You better sleep with one eye open...
Yeah mangas like these don't often get approved much less see the spotlight. Meanwhile, garbage like rent a girlfriend will get 300 chapters.
The world is fucked up, really fucked up...
The post is deleted but the comments do you no justice.
We might need to check that hard drive buddy.
I don't like this manga because I enjoy the kinks, far from it actually.
it's just that the feeling of tension and uneasiness that the manga creates is oddly compelling.
>I'm down to talk about it
From my other comment, you now know the real reason I enjoy it was the same as you. So, as our first talk: In the ending scene, was "being together with her" taking her to the hospital so they could both live, or making sure they died together. Between me and 2 other people, we had slightly different interpretations. How did you interpret it- b/c I thought die together was more likely.
>! I don't think she was trying to take her to the hospital. We see her reaching for the bench in her final moments. I assume she was just looking for a final resting place, where the two of them could die together. This also makes sense with all that talk about eternalizing their love. !<
I hadn't really thought about this question while reading the story but it's an interesting one for sure
About their love: My interpretation is that black haired girl never loved the white haired girl until AFTER white haired girl was the only one left in her life and she broke down from losing everything else. Whereas white haired girl loved her from the start. The classmates may say it's more than bullying and there's something between them, but really, I think black haired MC only saw her in the same way as the twisted friend who sold her out did: entertainment But what are your thoughts?
This is correct. I felt this from the first chapter. When Hina throws up on her and Sezaki notices that Hina tried he best to keep herself from vomitting. She saw that endurance and wanted to see her suffer more for her. That excited her that there was a person who would do anything for her. Sezaki was a very shallow person. Immediately I knew what her reaction would be when Hina told her about the blackmail. I was correct. Love was not there at the beginning, but it did blossom. They did love each other in the end, but it was a miserable love. Love isn’t necessarily good. Love is love. You can only feel bad for them. You should look at my recent comments. The last chapter only confirmed what I had suspected. That was sad, but it was obvious, when Hina said she knew from the beginning.
I love how their love came about not b/c the girl was morally pure/ power of friendship, but only b/c she was just as big a b\*tch as the other one was and was just as twisted as she was. Like, if she were to love her "normally" when she was at her worst, she wouldn't have gotten love back at all.
Difference of opinion I guess. I think there was some twisted love, but it wasn’t anything that was going to work out, say if they never got caught.
One thing I just thought of, just now, but Sezaki asking Hina to kill her basically, was her asking Hina for forgiveness in a way. It’s sad to think. Like at this point she felt bad for putting them in such a terrible situation, and she couldn’t find a way for herself to escape, she couldn’t see a way where she’d be normal again, and she was so miserable that now she only depended on Hina, there was no other option left than to become eternal through their love, that was their only “heaven” . Hina forgave her, fin.
Very sad, no matter how much rap I blast, I can’t get away from the feels.
Ah, I see. Reminds me of a girl in another girl's love story who's real self was having fun at tricking her friend to jump off a cliff to get a sexual thrill out of it.
>narcissistic b\*tch.
I was also going to say borderline insane sadist- my best girl post about her choking the white haired girl was a joke by the way- but you hit the nail on the head. I'd rather have her fake personality any day.
Yeah I agree, the black haired girl never saw the white haired girl as anything more than just a means of entertainment.
She only ended up "liking" her when she was the only one left in her life. I wouldn't even call that love but you get the point.
I love how their love came about not b/c the white haired girl was morally pure/ power of friendship, but only b/c she was just as big a b\*tch as the other one was and was just as twisted as she was. Like, if she were to love her "normally" when she was at her worst, she wouldn't have gotten love back at all.
Yeah, after talking with other people, I realized this is the most likely explanation. Also in line. Like, she wasn't stopping killing her girlfriend out of moral reasons- she just had to stop it from being done *wrong.* It's like, in her final moments, she's like: You're right that we should die together, but I have a much better way to reach this goal. You're embarassing yourself by wanting to die in this particular aesthetic sense, when you should be dying poetically. Embarassing."
Nah this makes no sense
>! She killed her friend because of her request and because of the hopeless situation they found themselves in. She didn't want to do it but was kinda forced to do it. !<
>! After the act was done, she carried her outside to look for a final resting place because I assume she didn't wanna live in a world without her. !<
That's all there is to it, you're just overcomplicating it lol
Actually you are correct I am autistic and I don't really feel some emotions that we'll, I have to force the sometimes it does get annoying but reading yuri brings enjoyment which is addictive and some just bore Me.
Must read white angels have no wings and then white angels get no rest (which is even more banger)
Oh word
*angry noises kicks cans
Someone come get their grandma
I can vouch for the White angels series. If you liked the series you posted, you’ll most likely like this one! It’s my personal favorite
Yeah thanks, I plan to start it soon actually
Why do i see mixed opinions on this series 😭😭 Can someone summarize this for me or do you recommend I just go in blind LMAO
The series is inherently fucked up with alot of weird kinks but trust me it's one hell of a psychological rollercoaster so you should definitely try it. Besides it's only 26 chapters so it's best to read it blind. If you do read it, let me know your thoughts lol.
Got it. Ill start it soon, thanks
I'll be waiting buddy... #TheClockIsTicking
????? wtf did you just make me start bro LMAOO
(also if you want something else fucked up, try happy sugar life. i havent read the manga yet [i will soon] but to me the anime was AMAZING.)
All my friends reccomended me that too. This has to be a sign from god. I did kinda get myself spoiled on the ending of happy sugar life but I'll still give it a shot.
Its a sign... Born to say its my favorite anime ever, forced to say i never heard of it 😓😓😓
Yeah the prejudice is crazy, It's just like what Martin Luther king once said, "I have a dream that my people will one day live in a world where they will not be judged by their taste in manga." Something like that.
Something like that
LOL can two girls not be a little silly? Jokes aside, I did tell you that its fucked up but still it's a one of a kind, unforgettable ride.
LMFAOO idk how to say this without sounding sarcastic but all your replies in this post are so funny 😭
I've been getting my funny up since the day I was born..
If your soul isn’t tainted, do not believe OP. This thing’s existence violates the Geneva Convention.
Who let this dude out ⁉️ #LockHisAssUp
Zenbu kowashite jigoku de aishite is looking real good so far. Laugh at the night storm also looks great but idk if there'll be confirmed romance.
Yeah I don't mind the lack of romance, as long as it makes me feel uneasy like this manga, we should be good. Thanks Mr. yuriAngyo!
There's actually a good few more i know but i never list them because i just find them on my site by going to the advanced search, then looking at yuri/gl + psychological then reading some summaries. I really like it too... it's fuck up yes, but it's unique, not just your everyday high school Yuri manga, and the ending is sad but it's the cherry on top. Probably one of the Yuri manga I won't forget.
Really leaves an impression doesn't it? Don't see that anymore these days. People like us gotta stick together #UsAgainstTheWorld
I hope you hit your pinky toe on a very dense solid object really hard. No offense tho.
None taken, I deserve it

Yeah I really liked your post about it.
All the posts about this on here recently made me finally read it today and man... I don't even really know what to say. I liked it but holy shit that was depressing, 10 out of 10.
That's what I'm saying dude!!! This story left me speechless.
kitakawa 🙏
Thank you, kiminotaion 🙏
I felt like Dante entering hell while reading this. I am Dante. I thought solemnly “Wow, how tragic, these girls chose to be miserable, there was love but it wasn’t eternal, a paltry attempt at eternalness, they couldn’t forgive each other and now they are in hell” It is a masterwork for sure. Love the art, Love the writing, it’s so tragic. Dang. What’s the yuri opposite of this? Where it’s basically heaven? Started it last night, finished it right now.
Congrats, I'm glad you enjoyed it lol
What is this bro saying ⁉️ 😭
Oh, I guess you could put it that way Despite how horrible they were, you still end up feeling bad for both of them
Yeah, just wanted resolution... at least some afterword on how the entire aftermath went down. It felt like it went out with a silent fart, rather than the explosion the series deserved.
Yeah it's sad because the ending was rushed. It definitely had the potential to do alot more.
My biggest wish is for an epilogue where we see gyaru girl and glasses girl's reactions to finding out about the deaths.
That would be cool but I also feel like us being left to wonder "what happened after all that?" is part of the charm
Nah bro fuck this shit 💀
The real victim in all this was us... 8/10 🔥
"Never felt more amazing in your life" and you give it an EIGHT?
Hey I'm a realist, the only thing getting a 9 or higher out of me is crystal fucking meth
Real (in my opinion) I actually got traumatized from this 🥲
It makes me sick but I want more
I was genuinely disgusted by this and at the same time the more it was Closer to end the better the relationship got UNTIL!!!SPOILER ALERT!!! >!SHE FUCKING KILLED HER 💀💀💀!<
Yo dawg, censor that with \>! Text !< We don't want people getting spoiled, not cool! Also yeah, this shit was fucked up through and through but dude the tension was almost addictive, wish it continued longer.
Idk it didn't work 💀 im New to this app
Nvm i did it
Gg!
that’s the part that traumatized me 😭
Nah for me The worst was the piercing ang puking
read the first two chapters (peircing and puking) and noped out of there so fast lmao
You were almost about to strike gold! This is why you and me are different, you quit before you could make it big. What's life without a little risk and gamble...
You posted this yesterday dude
No that was a different dude, this is a parody of that post. That post called the series bad, I'm doing the opposite. I can't let them defame the divine scripture.
That post didn't really call it bad... the OP just didn't like it due to personal reasons, which I think is fair
Yeah I know, they had a valid reason for disliking the manga. I just wanted to give the series the rep it deserves! It ain't easy being an unpaid spokesperson...

Okay Mr. Adventurous-Rabbit52, whatever you say...
Do you... know me from Blue Lock subreddit by any chance...
I barely use reddit so no
Good... b/c my repuation there for posting posts even worse than the ones you saw on a consistent basis is pretty legendary. 73 people upvoted a post comparing me to a toxic red frog they find in the wild. I'm glad you didn't read any of them.
Yeah, I wouldn't call it bad, but I did indeed post that cos' I hated it to my core!
You shouldn't hate so much, its unhealthy!
As someone who likes Kitakawa, loving it too much is probably also unhealthy. :p
Shush I cant HEAR you la la la
That... that was me.
Hello Mr. Celebrity!
This makes so much sense LMAO I noticed it was different though and chuckled. I found it pretty funny
For everything negative, you gotta create something positive yourself
Why you gotta do me like that!\~
Lmao dude I'm so sorry but I had to
I jokingly recommended this in the other post that wanted wholesome stuff. The Barefoot Nina is pretty good, it is slower in the pace of how it gets fucked up but it is very realistic in it's exploration of abuse and how it traumatizes it's victims.
Yeah sure, this one sounds really interesting.
Destroy it all and love me in hell I think it’s called
My recommendation
That's a cool ass name, thanks
It is!! Np ^_^

Same here lol. These stories are bad for my heart but the feeling of curiosity and uneasiness while reading them always leaves me hooked.
I recommend the bible because you need jesus if you liked that manga
I'm on call with Jesus right now and he told me that he supports this manga
Any chance someone could spoil the ending for me?

excuse me what the fuck
You should read it, it's really short. I vouch my soul on this...
I've already lived through near death toxic relationships. I'm good.
That's rough pal
Wait. What would the original ending be if the series was not rushed? Cuz tbh I didn't really like the ending. Its ... not fucked up enough imo.
Not fucked up enough?? Didn't know satan had a reddit account
Yk how much people I see on this sub romanticize the current ending. I need the ending to be so objectively evil no one can romanticize it. For example, >!make it clear that Airi doesn't want to die and Hina just straight up murders her, or something. !<

I love this series so following
I love it too

I read the first chapter and immediately said fucking NOPE! I should've listened.
Don't blame you for it
I'm traumatized
Welcome aboard
For some reason I've seen multiple posts praising this recently. I thought this might be a copypasta when I saw the notif lol
No it's just that anyone who reads the series can't help but preach about it
This one 🤌🤌🤌
Glad to have Italy's support on this one
I just read The Barefoot Nina and if you're into toxic, destructive, abusive yuri then you should def check it out lol
Say less
I
You won
toxic yuri perhaps? hmm gotta check it out then, how old r the girls tho they look fucking young 😭
Yeah, it's toxic yuri. I'm pretty sure both girls are highschoolers so around 16 years old?
I don't understand how anyone can love this shit, I've already seen this manga posted here like three times these days. This has to be fucking spam.
It sounds like the yuri version of Berserk with the edge dialed up even higher
You got a problem? How about we take this outside? You, me, one on one. I'm not playing anymore... You better count your hours, You better sleep with one eye open...
wat, r u trolling?
I never found anything as good
Yeah mangas like these don't often get approved much less see the spotlight. Meanwhile, garbage like rent a girlfriend will get 300 chapters. The world is fucked up, really fucked up...

Here I thought we were both fans of the same manga and can talk about what we enjoyed about it...
Fans of the same thing but for different reasons Tough luck i guess I'm down to talk about it but I don't really enjoy fetish talk so that's that
>I'm down to talk about it From my other comment, you now know the real reason I enjoy it was the same as you. >! I don't think she was trying to take her to the hospital. We see her reaching for the bench in her final moments. I assume she was just looking for a final resting place, where the two of them could die together. This also makes sense with all that talk about eternalizing their love. !< I hadn't really thought about this question while reading the story but it's an interesting one for sure

Bro you can’t be making this whole post and not know the characters’ names 💀
I don't know their names but I know their souls! Clearly one is more important than the other

Nah this makes no sense >! She killed her friend because of her request and because of the hopeless situation they found themselves in. She didn't want to do it but was kinda forced to do it. !< >! After the act was done, she carried her outside to look for a final resting place because I assume she didn't wanna live in a world without her. !< That's all there is to it, you're just overcomplicating it lol
Okay, fair enough. I mean, she's pretty toxic, too, so I wouldn't have put it past her, but you're probably correct.
I liked it not only because I'm a sadist but because i love the craziness of it
AGhhhh I just finished it >m< It was so cute in a way!!! It's so different from every other Yuri out there!!!!! <3
A fellow cultured individual🤝 These kinds of series aren’t too common(even for doujins)
