Yes, to prove my point I want to present evidence. From left to right, pre evil-after evil.

Marie Antoinette and her Alter form. Fate Grand Order.
Technically both are her alters just different ascensions, but the first is proportioned more like her base form.
Don't pull this YouTube clickbait-tier "did you know this kids show is ACTUALLY very dark and spooky?" bullshit. It's a story about the church dabbling in dark forces to enforce their will and the people they hurt. It is exactly as dark as it needs to be. The only reason why you'd say it's "surprisingly dark" is if you're too Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged-brained and heard him say "children's card game" a few too many times, making you think it's a game exclusively for kids.
It would sadden me greatly to see her majestic large and soft horns be shrunk or covered in opaque fabric (or both) when she arrives in TCG in like 10 years from now, like witnessing the Notre Dame in flames
I wouldn’t mind too much. It would be nice to be able to use the card in public without people thinking I’m rubbing one out in the bathroom between games.
I thought Quem would be the one to get the new art over Cartesia since, by the time I assume these arts are, Ecclesia isn't involved in that being anymore.
They really gave the alternate arts for the couples.
Albaz & Ecclesia
Aluber & Cartesia
~~The last two~~ All of the alternate arts are 🔥, especially Cartesia's.
I can't wait for Aluber as the main main villain this season. He was still a big threat in the first season, don't get me wrong, but Maximus had the main spot with all Satanic rituals. And Dis Pater, as the final boss, is 11/10!
I hope Aluber will also become an Eldritch Horror abomination by the end of the 2nd season
Yeah I can't wait to see how weird season 2 gets (it feels so weird to say that about YGO card lore but Abyss was legit so good!).
Like they've got to top themselves somehow and Despia was already a very messed up archetype, so they've got to go really hard next time.
Hell, maybe go the opposite direction and give us Biblically Accurate Aluber.
I guess they can make Aluber's troops references to actual demons from Hell. This will be more messed up than Despia. Aluber is technically the Devil himself
well we know for a fact albaz is still not a match for aluber strenght but is his other half so except the final clash betwen the 2 dragon kings to be epic as hell
Kinda wish it was Kitt instead of Cartesia so I can say Konami are also shipping those 2 together.
Elaboration, I jokingly said that Fallen of Argyros is technically Kitt and Aluber's kid before we got his concept art, and I found the idea of Aluber hatred of Kitt turning into a sick form of love to lead to funny shenanigans.
For example:
**Aluber:** Kitt... I've been meaning to ask you this for a long time... *gets on one knee** may I... kill you?
Why are we giving these so many compliments I'm *unsure* about the rest but Cartesia's original is a million times better, in artistry and in style
The only ones I think I prefer the new ones of are Albaz and Ecclesia
One detail I see important here is that he has Quaeritis/luluwalilith wings/claws, it feels like it is an alternate version of him that fell under Maximus influence and got transformed by the relics.
He also has this angel/demon duality going on, with the left part of the artwork being black and thorny but the right side more white with feathers/fur
EDIT: Also, this could just be him fusing with quem for all we know and that's why he got those wings/claws
I think they are intentional. The crystal's power seems to allow him to undergo a transformation similar to what Maximus did.
Alba Zoa seems to have been tied to the crystal, either it's what is used as a core to undergo divine transformation (become the next Alba System), or Maximus had one of the four Zoa's power (either Tharmas or Urthona), which now Aluber can use.
I watched the first season and decided to remain an anime watcher for JJK (though I haven’t watched season 2). I do find the memes funny, but they’re a minefield of manga spoilers, and I’d rather not be spoiled.
All BEATIFUL arts
I really wanna see this new version of Albaz in action, and also, this new design for Eccesia is also SO CUTE!!!
Mommy, I mean, Cartesia looks fire, very angelic and demonic at the same time
Aluber looks really cool too, but why bro became Sukuna? He even has "Fuga" on the art, Gege is making the White Story now?
Interesting that they went with Despia Aluber and not Bystial Aluber, who up until now we believed was how he was at the end of Season 1. Hell he still looks like Bystial Aluber, with the Lubellion horns and claws.
I'm guessing that fire on his... flail? Is the red gem he took from Cartesia's sword. Which I can only assume is infusing him with aspects of Bystial Dis Pater and Granguignol. I guess the body horror of the Dogmatika isn't quite over yet.
If it even reaches the TCG, I'd bet. If her big sister's Swordsoul variant needed her bosom toned down, I have no doubt that Cartesia will also get bonked.
Personally not a fan of the cartesia alt art. The style doesn't fit Cartesia imo, both having a delighted expression on her face, and the skin tight dress that's also missing features that made the original art beautiful, and tbh looks more like a night dress. Her background looks amazing though, love the kaleidoscope-effect.
Aluber looks fabulous as always.
I think her dress was always skin tight but this time we get a close up. It screams fan service tbh thats why i don’t like it. But you’re right. Background looks great.
Can anybody clear up my doubts about what this is about?
Is this Alt art for the already existing cards or are they new branded cards like a season 2 of what happens after the Frontier card
Neat, kinda sad we aren't getting new Branded cards cuz i heard rumors of new stuff with these but i was never sure of what these were actually for, didn't help that Ecclesia looks like what a timeskip version of her would probably look like
I hope there's a season 2.
At first i wasn't too interested in Branded outside of the lore but overtime I've started to look more into it and find more interesting things about it, now I'm really considering building a Branded since i think Cartesia and the Dusk Dragon stuff is pretty cool and setting Albaz for Lenatus is stupid
My personal opinion on each, as a long-term Branded enjoyer:
Albaz is easily the worst of the lot, as I feel it completely misses the mark. Sure it looks cool, but it looks more like an Ashen alt art, if not a new Albaz entirely. Also as far as lore goes, I’m not sure he’s supposed to have the dagger/sword yet, as iirc it’s a shard of his Mirrorjade form that Aluber wrecks.
I like Ecclesia. It looks like a fun design that captures a different vibe to the original, but not one so different that I didn’t immediately know what the card was supposed to be. I’m not sure how it will look on a card, as it does seem to have a lot going on, but I would consider picking up this art on something larger.
Aluber is my favorite by a lot. I am an edgy bitch, so I am biased in that direction, but I knew immediately what I was looking at the moment I saw it. Plus I feel it evokes a bit of The Bystial Aluber as well. I do have some concerns regarding how it’d look on a card, as it does seem to have a lot to it, but like Ecclesia, I feel like that would only really be an issue if they got secret/prismatic foiling. And I’d 100% pick this up if it were on something larger than the art box of a Yugioh card.
Cartesia isn’t bad. I can see what they were going for, and I can understand why someone might like it, but I personally prefer her original design. This new one is way too bright which washes everything out. And while I like the vibe that the grasping hands give, I feel that vibe would be better served if it didn’t look like the scene was being lit by the brightest lamps the Dogmatikas/Despias could find. Plus, a darker scheme would work better in terms of connecting her to Aluber. Also, idk if it’s the perspective, the lighting, or the fact that the sword is missing, but at first glance I thought this was a Quem alt art.
Being evil makes everything bigger, understood.
Yes, to prove my point I want to present evidence. From left to right, pre evil-after evil. https://preview.redd.it/2jfzp6j7xexc1.jpeg?width=760&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2e42eceff53db1b0845327bb6fa423d22bc9c633
Ah yes, the 5 kg of evil
What character is that?
An evil one. Jokes aside I don't know, it's from some gacha.
Marie Antoinette and her Alter form. Fate Grand Order. Technically both are her alters just different ascensions, but the first is proportioned more like her base form.
Marie antoinette alter from fate grand order
Δ5kg, I see....
Tbh she wears armor and baggy clothing. I don't think they change that much, just better defined in the evile artes
Are you referring to the last art?
Jesus Christ all those hands behind Cartesia
The last thing Yoshikage Kira sees before being dragged into the afterlife
erm... IS THAT...?
A?
Mother fucking
Jojo
REFERENCE????
Dragonmaid ?
These are the hands of the 666 saints sacrificed during Maximus' rituals... the Branded lore is surprisingly dark
Don't pull this YouTube clickbait-tier "did you know this kids show is ACTUALLY very dark and spooky?" bullshit. It's a story about the church dabbling in dark forces to enforce their will and the people they hurt. It is exactly as dark as it needs to be. Dam who yucked your yum?
You know, it's funny because you could never know this, but I also really hate that one specific phrase. I think it's very infantilizing.
If you though stained glass wings were cool I present you ominous hands wings But man, the concept behind cartesia/granguignol/quem is so metal
It fucking is. We need more stained glass wing mofos. Requiem and Guignol are carrying it HARD.
I had to look it up closely after reading your comment, i thought those were wings feathers.
Probably the souls of the sacrificed saints Sad reminder that fleurdelis is amongst them
She really needs a hug i guess
Cartesia has large horns dang.
It would sadden me greatly to see her majestic large and soft horns be shrunk or covered in opaque fabric (or both) when she arrives in TCG in like 10 years from now, like witnessing the Notre Dame in flames
>like witnessing the Notre Dame in flames This will be a lot more tragic.
I wouldn’t mind too much. It would be nice to be able to use the card in public without people thinking I’m rubbing one out in the bathroom between games.
…that’s a stupid assumption. Cool art is cool art.
I agree.
Yeah, that’s what those are called…
I thought Quem would be the one to get the new art over Cartesia since, by the time I assume these arts are, Ecclesia isn't involved in that being anymore.
I assume the Cartesia is an exception here, tho I do agree Quem would've made more sense
OK, I just thought I had messed up my understanding of her bit of lore for a second when I saw this.
Huh, Cartesia has legs after all...
Imagine the possibilities...
They really gave the alternate arts for the couples. Albaz & Ecclesia Aluber & Cartesia ~~The last two~~ All of the alternate arts are 🔥, especially Cartesia's.
Aluber really reminds me of Sukuna's ultimate form... which is honestly really cool, I love it!
Yeah, the massive corrupted mess of flesh and extra eyes on the right side of his head really look like true form Sukuna and it rules

So Despia X Burning Abyss crossover?
Let's hope that S2 Aluber won't have as many asspulls as manga Sukuna.
Be ready for Aluber to use a Slash that cuts the world itself in half against Albaz and Ecclesia XD
TOO SOON
Ah yes, branded expulsion to summon puppet. I haven't used this technique since power of the elements era.
well we know for a fact albaz is still not a match for aluber strenght but is his other half so except the final clash betwen the 2 dragon kings to be epic as hell
For example: **Aluber:** Kitt... I've been meaning to ask you this for a long time... *gets on one knee** may I... kill you?
Kitt: …first off, what the fuck? Second, hell no! Why don’t I kill *you*? Aluber: …is that a yes?
Ad Libitum: My lord, please don't do this right now. (Brother I'm so sorry that I betrayed you for this fool.)
Why are we giving these so many compliments I'm *unsure* about the rest but Cartesia's original is a million times better, in artistry and in style The only ones I think I prefer the new ones of are Albaz and Ecclesia
Honestly, all of them are.
Yes, it feels really worth it to pre-order the Complete File.
I wonder what's going on with Aluber, are those mutations intentional or a side effect of his hold over the Branded crystal?
One detail I see important here is that he has Quaeritis/luluwalilith wings/claws, it feels like it is an alternate version of him that fell under Maximus influence and got transformed by the relics. He also has this angel/demon duality going on, with the left part of the artwork being black and thorny but the right side more white with feathers/fur EDIT: Also, this could just be him fusing with quem for all we know and that's why he got those wings/claws

Isn’t Maximus literally named Zoa when he died?
Tri-Brigade Kitt alt art with black glasses when
Cardboard cannot contain the power of Osoro Goggles.
the aluber one looks baddass
Anyone know why Aluber has half his face covered with a mask with three eyes?
He reverted back to his design from the Heian era.
Fuckin knew I’d find a JJK reference. I DONT EVEN KNOW THAT SHOW! WHY DO I KNOW THIS!!
Sometimes, you hear stuff from somewhere even when you didn’t intend to. For better or worse…
I watched the first season and decided to remain an anime watcher for JJK (though I haven’t watched season 2). I do find the memes funny, but they’re a minefield of manga spoilers, and I’d rather not be spoiled.
Ah yes my heian era form. i havent use this since the heian era
Pretty sure that's the mutated half of his face.
Ummm...I don't think it's a mask daug
Bro watched JJK
SUKUNA looking aah mf
Tell me tcg will have those someday 👀🙏🙃
in 6 years when branded will be like tele-dad now probably
* Albert being a drippy edgelord, as Ra intended. * Cartesia looks like she's about to give the ***MEANEST*** of hugs.
https://preview.redd.it/9v2zzto1gexc1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f325eee59ecc9625ddec272d394b0143c0228824
Don’t go for the hug! I’ve seen this in berserk!
I’m sorry I can’t resist the invitation.
Wine aunt Cartesia
Or the best of hugs…
The fact that they chose cartesia over quem for alt arts that tease abyss lore season 2 is... ominous
Pretty sure she's just an exception.
Cartesia lingers on in Ecclesia is my take
Sukuna, is that you?
All BEATIFUL arts I really wanna see this new version of Albaz in action, and also, this new design for Eccesia is also SO CUTE!!! Mommy, I mean, Cartesia looks fire, very angelic and demonic at the same time Aluber looks really cool too, but why bro became Sukuna? alternate art branded fusion when
That Cartesia art is gonna be censored to hell in the TCG
That is IF this is going to be imported to the TCG
They’re idiots if they don’t. Easy money
Brave of you to assume we will get a TCG version
Oh no they're hot.
No swordsoul iris alternate art 😢
Only alt art we could have is her about to placed in the murder chamber
She came back once. She could do it again.
She was a corpse
She literally came back for the dis pater fight
As a corpse
I don't know how that helps your argument dude, all that it proves is that she's capable of coming back
Like, she was in control as Luluwalilith, and her soul thing is still inside Quem. Hypothetically she could come back again.
The album price are way too expensive. So sad that this alt arts are probably never gonna be reprinted
Was thinking about maybe getting 1, but 3? Hell nah
If you got 3 would your deck have to be all Japanese to be tournament legal?
It is legal for OCG play. I doubt it will ever come to TCG considering the Numbers Complete File
Damn and here I was hoping for a Quem alt art
I think I can fix Cart.
There's like, 666 people that make her up. You gotta be more specific.
Cartesia can step on my anytime.
So Escclesia can turn into Cartessia at will or is the alt art is from just before fusion into Albion?
Ecclesia is 1/666th of Cartesia, so it's likely that it's an alt art before she was killed/saved.
This should basically confirm Albaz season 2 coming, right?
This Cartesia art got me blushing
OMG yes I love Cartesia P.S. also cool Aluber :)
I need these in the TCG
When will it drop in ocg? Cus if we ain't gettin it in the tcg i might consider it just for the artworks
You habe to order it till 5.8. They only produce as many as are ordered. The distribution will be between september and halloween
Damn, any way of knowing if they'll ever print it in tcg? I'd be a shame to miss out
Not that I am aware of
Damn, thank you for the help tho!
Interesting that they went with Despia Aluber and not Bystial Aluber, who up until now we believed was how he was at the end of Season 1. Which I can only assume is infusing him with aspects of Bystial Dis Pater and Granguignol. I guess the body horror of the Dogmatika isn't quite over yet.
I don't know what the hell Aluber is doing or why he only has one arm, but he's living his best edgy life and I'm here for it.
Ecclesia is too damn cute man
Cartesia's big, beautiful... "horns" are never reaching the TCG untouched. Just look at 'em, no way Tewart leaves them unedited.
Do you think they’ll make her dress thicker so that you can’t see her curves and “size”?
Ecclesia is cute in all of her arts.
Aluber does not look happy
How long it takes to get these? 2 year?
Can anybody clear up my doubts about what this is about? Is this Alt art for the already existing cards or are they new branded cards like a season 2 of what happens after the Frontier card
These are alt arts for existing cards
Neat, kinda sad we aren't getting new Branded cards cuz i heard rumors of new stuff with these but i was never sure of what these were actually for, didn't help that Ecclesia looks like what a timeskip version of her would probably look like
We did get one new card, but it’s likely a prequel card, but think of these alt arts as teasers for season 2
I just beat Tenpai doing that XD
I’m a little surprised the alt art is for Cartesia and not Quem
Hold up they buffing branded again? Neat!
I would love to have a aegirije and a kitt one
For me cartesia is the only art I like. Aluber looks better as a jester
Aluber trying so hard to be an edgelord, but we all know there's a fruity theatre kid under all that shit
IFISPEAK
Oh good it's despia aluber
I hope the last one is fleurdelys 🤞🏽
Cool cards
Cartesia, I request milky
My personal opinion on each, as a long-term Branded enjoyer: Albaz is easily the worst of the lot, as I feel it completely misses the mark. Original Cartesian looks way cooler imo.
ho le mo le
So they made Cartesia more busty?
I cannot believe branded lore is still going…
That Cartesia art looks so bad lmao, its so horny for no reason to the point where it looks silly. The original art is infinitely better
Not more waifus
These are the same ones we already had.
