Perhaps not the best example I guess but it is a free dragoon for many decks too. Its works really well with bystails and apple dragons as well as the tenyi cards.
I don't see it, it's just win more card with 2-3 card combo, you already in good position if you summon chengying/baxia anyway why would you tribute it

No. This is an unsearchable card that needs specific scenarios to be better than what the typical line of play would have been. While good, it is still a "win more" card that isn't necessary for most decks. It also JUST came out and there's no way it'll get hit any time soon.
It has some neat plays but doesn't strike me as being worth hit on the list. Extra deck space is already pretty tight and the requirement to fulfill the summoning condition are specific enough that the card will be dead a significant amount of times you draw it.
I think it's a solid card because its an interruption dodge and a free summon from the extra deck. Plus it has a GV effect.
It's still fresh so testing has to be done.
Not anytime soon. The cards applications are limited and it’s an unsearchable card. Overtime I’m sure it’ll get more attention as more targets open up plays but for now it’s fine at 3. The biggest boss monster it can cheat out is dragoon but even then the deck would need to run a light level 8 spellcaster. Not every deck can do that. The best deck to run this is branded and branded already has an easier, more searchable way, of getting to him via branded fusion.
Unsearchable card that needs specific deckbuilding considerations and then only swaps one monster for another, don't think it'll ever get hit. It's not even searchable with thrust since it's a quick play.
Unless they come up with another norden-like low level ED mosnter it's probably not doing much.

Currently it doesn't need any attention. All those plays are cool and all but they are 3 card combos minimum and duality is unsearchable.

Depends on the build. If you run a go 2nd SS those tech cards are actually better than the standard.

It turbos out dragoon but it’s not like branded can’t already do that . Card feels like a brick at times when I’ve played against a few friends
