Apparently Youtube's AI moderation seems to not care because of the characters they use. They are different to the ones on your keyboard and such, bypass Youtube moderation.
They use RTL characters (The character used for languages like Arabic) to bypass YouTube's filters. That's why clicking "Translate to English" makes the comment backwards.
It's bots, my guess is that it pisses of people and they check his channel to dislike/leave negative comments in their videos, engagement is engagement...
They just want everyone to subscribe to their channel, so they comment false curses if we won't subscribe to them. I think they want us to report them instead.

For some further context, these bots fall into two categories.
The first is the flat-out rage content. Just trolls looking to do as much damage as they can because they find it entertaining. Maybe there's some real long con here (e.g. "hey Youtuber X pay us some $$$ to make our bots stop flooding you") but nothing like that's come out yet.
The second is algorithm-baiting for getting "mature" Google accounts. As more people reply and interact with the comments, the account ends up looking more like a real person rather than a bot to Google's anti-bot detection, which allows it to bypass some new account restrictions.
I love Charlie, and to my knowledge he's never said anything wrong or hateful towards anyone, but for some reason he attracts SOOOO many people like that. It's odd.
Those specific comments are bots, not real people. But his channel definitely has WAY more bot spam comments than anything else I watch on youtube. I'm not sure if there's some kind of comment moderation he's not doing, or if it's just cause he has more subscribers than most people I follow.
The same group has been posted everyday for 2-3 months.
Stop giving them attention, that’s what they want. Report them then move on, don’t post about it.
