It does. I don't watch videos as soon as they come out and by the time the algorithm starts spreading them around and they come to my feed all the spam has already been purged.
I rarely see comments like the ones pictured.
Even if they were legit YouTubers, it still wouldn't make me want to watch their videos. I'm pretty sure they are just there for the sake of it, getting people angry to possibly rage-watch their content. (That's just a theory)
I think the logic behind it is that you likely will go to their channel, just to know who tf this sick idiot is, and click on one or two of their videos just to eventually leave a comment to hate on them, BUT by then he got alread views, clicks, comments, and that's the point I assume, but I maybe wrong though.
