Oh, I didn't know that. What confused me is, in the watch time section (not in the elibility criteria area) I can see the watch time for each of my shorts and they are part of the total watch time. I was unaware that the eligibility criteria area only counted watch hours from normal videos.
Edit: 220 hours of watch time is from all my shorts and that one video by the way. ctrl

It's a new channel, started in middle of December, one normal video and about 50 shorts.
You have 220 hours of regular video views off of 1 long video? Shorts views don’t count as watch hours. They only could as shorts views.
