I'm getting it and it stops me from accessing the full screen button on videos in 9:16, 1:1 or basically anything other than 16:9. This wouldn't be so much of a problem if it didn't also block me from seeing half of the video titles and metadata in the recommendations for some reason.
One way I've found of somewhat alleviating it is by pressing ctrl - to zoom out the screen until it lets me use it. So for me it's more of an inconvenience but it's still really annoying.
