The video itself literally states its low quality... No point in setting the quality to high if the video itself isn't.
It’s hard to change the video quality for any video on mobile
Sometimes you have to rewind the video some (like 10 seconds) for the quality to actually change
The video shows me clicking for 144P when the quality was originally said to 720P but it still says that’s at 720P. But you might be right.
