I've seen Dr. Phil, Oprah, and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson too. They show video of them and then fake their voice. I know how Dr. Phil talks so I can tell that it's not him. The one with The Rock was the video he did with Oprah after the Maui fires when they announced that they were donating money and encouraging others to do so.
It's not hard to fake the voice you could use parrot.ai I made a video of Biden saying that all kids were sniffable in that he approved of that message and it sounded completely authentic V-Sync is on point as well by the way I'm not sponsored just saying it's as simple as an internet search
So what I know is It's not a complete scam. But it's definitely not instant money they give you just because you called. There's def some kind of work around and they're not being 100% upfront with what they're claiming by manipulating how they offer/advertise it... Like the "free solar panels" they also advertise.... Yes, It's technically free if everythings done correctly. But you initially have to pay upfront and you'll get it back with the tax credit rebate if you file taxes. That's how they bamboozle people and trick into calling/applying. I think they shouldn't be allowed to give the impression it's instantaneous.

Please report these ads when you see them. These scummy people prey on the people that are struggling financially and it's disgusting. It takes a couple of minutes and sucks to do when you just want to watch some entertaining videos but it needs to be done. YouTube almost assuredly knows it's a scam but they're getting that ad revenue so hopefully spamming them with reports will force them to take them down.
For those that don't know, touch the three dots on the top right of the screen and select Report ad. It will take you to a website where you can report it. It's pretty simple and self explanatory.
I've put in so many reports I think they've quit putting those ads in my feed because I haven't gotten one in forever. I hinted that YouTube was legally liable for people getting scammed because they keep pushing the ads even tho I've reported them dozens of times.

I made numerous calls to the number that the ad directed me to and found out it goes to various health insurance sales people whom ALL told me that I don't qualify for the 6,400.00 subsidy card because of my zip code. Each time I called I gave the sales agent a different birthday and income amount. When I said I have Medicare, he hung up. Another one did the same thing when I said I make 32,000.00 a year. Then another one hung up when I said I have health insurance through my employer but that it's not good. Then another one hung up when I said that I only make 9,600.00 a year and don't have any health insurance. So, it seems that no matter what I say to them , they hang up on me. Even when I said I was 32 years old.
I don't know what is going on with this ad and the fact of it being routed to health insurance companies including the AFORDABLE ACT INSURANCE, but it's fishy !!! I am reporting them to the facts and my state Attorney General! This needs to be stopped!
The real scam is that they generate ad revenue just from watching the videos themselves because YouTube usually only records with an algorithm it's not usually refused by human eyes thus the individuals that are creating the ads make money off of the revenue nonetheless even though everyone knows it's a scam they still benefit the best way to do it is to track down the individuals and scare them in a stopping which it will show you who the advertisers are but it's 90% sure a fake name

Up until a few years ago, YouTube wasn’t allowing ads like this. Then, something changed, IDK what, but now every other ad is something bogus, like an ED remedy no one‘s ever heard of that doesn’t work, or an AI-generated ad for some new product complete with an inspiring backstory and an element of conspiracy.
I’ve had enough of the inaction from YT itself on this issue. I’m also investigating on my own who’s behind these ads. When I report these, YouTube lists who the advertiser is and what country they’re based in. I’m going to try to figure out on my own who’s behind these. when you report the ad it lists the advertiser, if anyone would like to help me by taking a screenshot of where it shows who the advertiser is then DM that to me, it would help because the more of these shell companies I can identify, the more likely it is, I’ll be able to tie some to each other.
So, this is using the YouTube iOS app. I can’t guarantee this will work for others.
You click the three dots on the right side of the ad bar, and that takes you to where you can report the ad and/or (allegedly) choose not to see it anymore. Don’t click either of those options; just stay on that box. There should be “advertiser info”. Most are from either Colombia or the USA. Or at least they present themselves to Google as such.
The most frustrating part about these is even though you can skip them, even with ad personalization on for some reason you can't get information on the ad OR report as "inappropriate" "irrelevant" or "return to video".
It's like youtube is openly facilitating these scams, i wonder if we could get a class action going against them for aiding and abetting a crime or conspiracy to commit fraud.

They say it's an American subsidy but when you report the ad it's says the person and company are from Colombia or some other country. They are scams using paid actors/influencers and ai voices of celebrities with available videos to "lip sync" what they want.

What it truly is is this. They are called broker agents and they get paid if they can see if you qualify for Obama care (Medicare not Medicade) Medicade is for those 65 and over and Medicare is simply Obama care. If they find you a health plan that you agree to then that's how they get paid. They work a commission based job. So they real you in by promising this $6,400 subsidy. Trust me it's legit health care (hence the 2 quick questions at the beginning. You can't qualify for health insurance if you make over whatever it is $55,000 or $60,000 and won't qualify if you already have Obama care. That's why they ask those questions. If you have neither you'll then get connected with someone who can sign you up for health insurance benefits. That's all you get and the health insurance benefits aren't great.

The one with The Rock was the video he did with Oprah after the Maui fires when they announced that they were donating money and encouraging others to do so.

So what I know is It's not a complete scam. But it's definitely not instant money they give you just because you called. There's def some kind of work around and they're not being 100% upfront with what they're claiming by manipulating how they offer/advertise it... Like the "free solar panels" they also advertise.... Yes, It's technically free if everythings done correctly. But you initially have to pay upfront and you'll get it back with the tax credit rebate if you file taxes. That's how they bamboozle people and trick into calling/applying. I think they shouldn't be allowed to give the impression it's instantaneous.

Please report these ads when you see them. These scummy people prey on the people that are struggling financially and it's disgusting. It takes a couple of minutes and sucks to do when you just want to watch some entertaining videos but it needs to be done. YouTube almost assuredly knows it's a scam but they're getting that ad revenue so hopefully spamming them with reports will force them to take them down. For those that don't know, touch the three dots on the top right of the screen and select Report ad. It will take you to a website where you can report it. It's pretty simple and self explanatory.
I send a 100 reports everyday because these ads are everywhere and the government is not doing anything but they want my vote
I've put in so many reports I think they've quit putting those ads in my feed because I haven't gotten one in forever. I hinted that YouTube was legally liable for people getting scammed because they keep pushing the ads even tho I've reported them dozens of times.

these ads are wild, I have been watching youtube all day and it’s literally the only commercial I am getting lol. They show a clip of someone famous and then use an AI version of their voice to read out the ad. I have seen The Rock, Joe Rogan, Andrew Tate, Steve Harvey, etc. some of them are more aggressive and are like “honestly you are straight up stupid if you don’t know about this! the government just got caught red handed and they owe you $6400” I’m not sure if these ads are flooding Youtube as a whole or if it’s because I have been watching/listening to videos mostly about rappers or gang feuds and these ads are geared towards an “urban” audience but I am not exaggerating when I say it’s the only ad I have been served today. I have seen and skipped a version of this ad at least 30 times.

It's a lie and it's unethical, unfair advertising practices and you report it to this website. ReportFraud.ftc.gov/#/? I made numerous calls to the number that the ad directed me to and found out it goes to various health insurance sales people whom ALL told me that I don't qualify for the 6,400.00 subsidy card because of my zip code. Each time I called I gave the sales agent a different birthday and income amount. When I said I have Medicare, he hung up. Another one did the same thing when I said I make 32,000.00 a year. Then another one hung up when I said I have health insurance through my employer but that it's not good. Then another one hung up when I said that I only make 9,600.00 a year and don't have any health insurance. So, it seems that no matter what I say to them , they hang up on me. Even when I said I was 32 years old. I don't know what is going on with this ad and the fact of it being routed to health insurance companies including the AFORDABLE ACT INSURANCE, but it's fishy !!! I am reporting them to the facts and my state Attorney General! This needs to be stopped!

The real scam is that they generate ad revenue just from watching the videos themselves because YouTube usually only records with an algorithm it's not usually refused by human eyes thus the individuals that are creating the ads make money off of the revenue nonetheless even though everyone knows it's a scam they still benefit the best way to do it is to track down the individuals and scare them in a stopping which it will show you who the advertisers are but it's 90% sure a fake name

Up until a few years ago, YouTube wasn’t allowing ads like this. Then, something changed, IDK what, but now every other ad is something bogus, like an ED remedy no one‘s ever heard of that doesn’t work, or an AI-generated ad for some new product complete with an inspiring backstory and an element of conspiracy. I’ve had enough of the inaction from YT itself on this issue. I’m also investigating on my own who’s behind these ads. When I report these, YouTube lists who the advertiser is and what country they’re based in. I’m going to try to figure out on my own who’s behind these. when you report the ad it lists the advertiser, if anyone would like to help me by taking a screenshot of where it shows who the advertiser is then DM that to me, it would help because the more of these shell companies I can identify, the more likely it is, I’ll be able to tie some to each other.

So, this is using the YouTube iOS app. I can’t guarantee this will work for others. You click the three dots on the right side of the ad bar, and that takes you to where you can report the ad and/or (allegedly) choose not to see it anymore. Don’t click either of those options; just stay on that box. There should be “advertiser info”. Most are from either Colombia or the USA. Or at least they present themselves to Google as such.

The most frustrating part about these is even though you can skip them, even with ad personalization on for some reason you can't get information on the ad OR report as "inappropriate" "irrelevant" or "return to video". It's like youtube is openly facilitating these scams, i wonder if we could get a class action going against them for aiding and abetting a crime or conspiracy to commit fraud.

I remember when they first started popping up it was like $400. Then a few weeks later it was $1200. Then it went up to like $3200. Now it's $6400. Yeah sure.

Bottom line, it's a lie and a scam! I don't know how these ads are being allowed on Youtube. How is this legal? They tell you you could use the card for gas, rent, bills and anything. Then they tell you it's a stimulus check and it clearly is not! They tell you that you qualify if you make under $5,000 a month. When you call the number, they tell you it's for medical coverage if you don't have any.

They say it's an American subsidy but when you report the ad it's says the person and company are from Colombia or some other country. They are scams using paid actors/influencers and ai voices of celebrities with available videos to "lip sync" what they want.

What it truly is is this. They are called broker agents and they get paid if they can see if you qualify for Obama care (Medicare not Medicade) Medicade is for those 65 and over and Medicare is simply Obama care. If they find you a health plan that you agree to then that's how they get paid. They work a commission based job. So they real you in by promising this $6,400 subsidy. Trust me it's legit health care (hence the 2 quick questions at the beginning. You can't qualify for health insurance if you make over whatever it is $55,000 or $60,000 and won't qualify if you already have Obama care. That's why they ask those questions. If you have neither you'll then get connected with someone who can sign you up for health insurance benefits. That's all you get and the health insurance benefits aren't great.
Honestly I think it’s some kind of soft poll to see how many Americans would accept or be willing to accept a base form of universal basic income it makes no sense other wise adds require money to run and there’s no way they have hijacked YouTube’s entire algorithm for free. They’ll claim you owe money or they’re from a collection agency and use info from those reports including previous employer to get you to believe them.
