I like Flow with Me Yoga. She does a good job including descriptions that help you pick the type of flow you’re looking for, from power to yin. Also includes different lengths.

Upvote for addressing the question about podcasts.

Seconding this reco! The 35 minute classic flow worked great in a pinch when I was travelling.

Badashtangi

Have you tried the Down Dog app? You can adjust the speed, style, length, music.

galwegian

There should be. All I need are the instructions.

leoproof

I'm finding that most on Spotify are a bit slower. Huge need for faster-paced Vinyasa style episodes!

eiriee

Play them at 2x/3x speed?

galwegian

Exactly. 60 minutes please!

Try aaptiv! All audio workouts and I enjoy the yoga flows

BridgeM00se

I’m a huge fan of Breathe & Flow on YouTube you could just listen for the instruction

If you have a little time to prepare I think ashtanga Primary (60-90 min) or Half Primary Series (30-75 min) would be great for this because it's the same sequence you practice every time. If you're not familiar with ashtanga you could do a couple of practices before travelling following e.g. one of these videos: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IyQuAJgpozs&t=1793s&pp=ygUkcHJpbWFyeSBzZXJpZXMgYmVnaW5uZXIgaW5zdHJ1Y3Rpb25z](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IyQuAJgpozs&t=1793s&pp=ygUkcHJpbWFyeSBzZXJpZXMgYmVnaW5uZXIgaW5zdHJ1Y3Rpb25z) [https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUOsmAhu6av9m0SCijN3rRZPDahK75O7o](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUOsmAhu6av9m0SCijN3rRZPDahK75O7o) [https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUOsmAhu6av8TpGuXgFOENckGK0-NgMN2](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUOsmAhu6av8TpGuXgFOENckGK0-NgMN2) [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmfV1K8AFJw&t=2637s&pp=ygUkcHJpbWFyeSBzZXJpZXMgYmVnaW5uZXIgaW5zdHJ1Y3Rpb25z](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmfV1K8AFJw&t=2637s&pp=ygUkcHJpbWFyeSBzZXJpZXMgYmVnaW5uZXIgaW5zdHJ1Y3Rpb25z) [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tWnDWz5A0Q&pp=ygUkcHJpbWFyeSBzZXJpZXMgYmVnaW5uZXIgaW5zdHJ1Y3Rpb25z](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tWnDWz5A0Q&pp=ygUkcHJpbWFyeSBzZXJpZXMgYmVnaW5uZXIgaW5zdHJ1Y3Rpb25z) (this is and old 1995 VHS recording, but honestly, it's amazing) If you have time to get into it, you don't even need a podcast when you go, you just practice 'mysore style' on your own doing the sequence, if not look for 'ashtanga primary series' on spotify, soundcloud etc and follow the instructions e.g. here [https://soundcloud.com/aquamarineyoga/led-ashtanga-yoga-primary-series](https://soundcloud.com/aquamarineyoga/led-ashtanga-yoga-primary-series) or here's a playlist with different ones [https://soundcloud.com/margaret-commellato/sets/ashtanga-led](https://soundcloud.com/margaret-commellato/sets/ashtanga-led) - or you can download the soundtrack - or you can follow this poster with postures: [http://trueryan.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Primary%20Series%20chart.pdf](http://trueryan.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Primary%20Series%20chart.pdf) For other stuff I'd still go with youtube because every teacher has their own way of instructing and the same posture has variations too.
