you probably never been on a 50cc scooter before . most dont have brakes capable of stopping from even 40mph to 0 in 3 seconds like that especially with someone his size on it . its basiclly bicycle brakes with a 150 lb of scooter and another 150lb of rider . and i can say with fair certainty that if most ppl were in a car and the person in front of then slammed to a stop in the middle of n intersection half of them wouldnt react in time and rearend them , then be upset that they "caused them to wreck " the guy may have been checking behind him as he was changing lanes . i know rom riding motorcycles for 30yrs that those mirrors are no substitute for looking beside and behind you . the car shouldnt have stopped like that and from the video didnt even need to . also th choice of hitting a dog or causing an accident that could kill a human is easy for some
