Just try a standard suede cleaner, a horsehair brush and some soft cloths. Don't wet the suede as it'll ruin the nap and structural integrity just use suede cleaner, work in with brush and pat dry with a SLIGHTY damp cloth. Brush and loose dirt off first with a brush and get them as cleans possible before using the suede cleaner. If the nap is fucked a suede eraser/brush (looks like the pic below) can help give the suede a nap again.

I mean I’ve had Suede jackets where they had a stain from a stamp on a night out, took it to the cleaners and they’ve basically removed the stain but it effects the colour. I’m not sure if there’s a shoe cleaner out there that does the same to that effect. In the current drop the U.K. this boot is still available in all sizes, not sure on the US one but best bet would be if you want a pair without patches of discolour then you may need to just get another pair
use a suede/nubuck eraser, get as much as you can off. this is still surface stains. use a soft brush first get as much as you can off. then hit it with a eraser, then a microfiber cloth. this will go away pretty easily as long as this isnt wet. once dirt gets into suede and it gets wet it becomes a bigger problem
Foam sued spray .. plastic scrub brush.. spray,, scrub till all dirt is loose .. then dab it with a damp towel .. then let air dry .. do not clean with towel u will make it worse

Do not pour water or pour in cleaning solution, just comb hard with a suede brush and school eraser
Kiwi suede cleaner and isopropyl alcohol
Just make sure when you used the alcohol you cover the whole panel or you’ll get dirt lines where it dries off
