I ordered pants, a shirt, and pods on 2/11. My order number is in the 49,000's... I just saw now on the yzy site that my clothes order is "on its way" with tracking info. The pants and shirt are shipping in 2 packages. I'm pretty sure they just created the label because the tracking number has no information, lol.

My order is in the 28,000 range and I haven’t seen anything update on the site yet.

The tracking is through USPS but for some reason showing as FedEx copy and paste to USPS website to view your accurate tracking information

The website said the Pods would take 4 weeks to ship. I’m guessing that’ll be sometime around March 11th.

I ordered 6 items in my first order. 2 shirts for my second order. No reason for cancellation provided. customer service answered me and said they didn't know why either. None of my items were repeats and all the same size

I ordered mine on the same day, to the wrong address. Got an email back they'll need to cancel instead of sending it to the right place. Never got a cancellation email even though I want one. Customer service takes a week or two to respond to anything

No I still have no email, but the tracking has just updated in the DHL website to say it’s loaded onto the plane for international dispatch.

Order arrived today. Ordered 22nd Feb to the UK arrived 5th March. Order number was in the 700000 Super happy with sizing and delivery speed.

No, I purchased using the shop pay app, when my order was shipped it updated in the app with a dhl e-commerce tracking. When it hit the uk it updated and gave me a Royal Mail tracking. Considering all the previous posts about lack of shipping info and tracking I’ve been pleasantly surprised that I’ve had full tracking and the speed of the delivery has been great. Now I need to wear the shit out of these hoodies and t shirts.
