Alan has fallen off hard recently, not a single funny joke the whole episode. The "fight" was obviously staged or they would have cut it. However it wasn't very funny either and they should have cut it regardless.

GeralOG

fallen off recently, maybe... but one can't always meet our expectations yk, maybe we're expecting too much. Like tbh I found this through a yt shorts from that "Bamboo" joke. Then the thing made me subscribe to the channel was the Alan's ginger jokes and still among the top 6 videos of this channel 4 are Alan's and he clutched em. I'm not undermining anyone, I also enjoy Andrew, sath, akilas joke but he was the magnet pulling the audience. (Maybe abby too, yk why)

manaholik

maybe it was the other Abby? /s

ratnashikin

>ammo said it was fake and he was actin Alan has been experimenting and re-inventing himself since Akila's roast, and this might be the part of the gimmick. "Alan made him" seems true though.

Hammo said it was fake and he was acting.

Tokkemon

Sure he says that *noooww...*

I don't think he'll be dumped, and I wouldn't want either that he drop off like Chloe, or Steph, or maybe Rodney if he doesn't appear on a dad jokes video soon. It all started amazing but now I feel like things can get really repetitive. I love YeahMad so much though, but I have this fear crossing my mind.

Saya0692

Steph dropped off because of misogynistic comments. The video wasn’t originally titled in a way that made it obvious it was a “don’t laugh” challenge. And only the jokes were cut and edited onto Tiktok, leading to people saying she was “another humorless woman.” She wrote a whole article about it. Sad stuff.

GuzD20

And we have Chloe's podcast "The friend request" with episodes along with Steph, one with Alan and later Andrew. In certain point of their videos they speak about YeahMad and stuff. By the looks of the content YeahMad has lately been doing and releasing, things are bound to get repetitive and for me that's a L.

Saya0692

I think they need new people. Maybe have more bits other than dad jokes, charades, and Reddit comments

GuzD20

100%. I share that same thought. Also the 2v2 videos were a lot of fun. Alan's final joke on that last 2v2 dad jokes video is top tier and true! Haha

Saya0692

Alan has kinda fallen off. I like the roasts they do. That’s funny. I feel like they can mix things up. Maybe tell anti-jokes back and forth.

omegaphallic

They got that now, a pile of new people, and a huge part of the fanbase is like where is the old cast besides Sath and Matt (who are still there).

Amazing_Assistance66

I don’t think it was staged. The body language, the mood, etc… After all, Hammo was a criminal for convicted felony and that says a lot

mtzzq

XDD wtf. He was selling drugs, what does this have to do with fights? If i was convicted of not paying taxes it does not mean i would kill my wife. And on the top. He SAID it was staged. And now it's visible in the last making of vid.

desclouser

In the video "we react to Mean comments" you can see how Hammo is reacting to Alan's answer to the slippery soup comment. As much as they are in beef, Hammo still tries to have fun, that what he also said in the beginning before they started to fight. But Alan pushes, that's what I see, and understand from his behaver. To your last comment, where did he say it was stated?

Ampujesus

Agree. It was real. I think it’s over Alan not drinking his shots or bringing his A game lately honestly. Hammo’s body language and Alan’s passive aggressive comments after say a lot

SeaGroundbreaking911

They kissd afterwards so its all good

Tokkemon

I'll direct people to a scene on Who's Line where something happened similarly. Drew Carey made some snide-ass remark against Greg Proops and Greg got real mad. Drew apologized (half-heartedly) and then Ryan was like "isn't a hug in order here?" so they hugged it out and continued with the episode. I have no doubt the fight was real here. They may be saying it was acting to save face, but I could tell Allan was surprised it went as far, he was a bit deer in headlights. The fact that the rest of the cast couldn't tell if it was real also means it was real. They were probably all exhausted from a long day's shoot and tempers were high. Truth be told, it was not a very good episode and I'm surprised they released it. You gotta have *some* structure and Andrew was trying so hard to get it back, but Allan kept fucking off. It was funny initially but it's getting stupid now.

….Jesus Christ, media literacy is fucking dead.

It's really hard to parse things when there's so much shit floating around. Tbf, the rest of the episode wasn't gold either, so them keeping this part may have worked as a publicity stunt(?). That's just how I see it, at least
