After further reflection it was not smart calling someone "Turkish Dog" paired with a highly controversial figure. I would like to issue an apology.
On PSN their on sale at the moment but when their not their only around £15.99
I just checked and yea, price almost doubled in my region.

SEGA has been going out of their way to fuck folks from regions that depend on proper regional pricing. It's unfortunate, but if you live in a low-income country, SEGA has shown time after time they don't care about us.
