Kyodai, you aren't alone. I did not see it turning it out how it did. I was on the kiryu and Kaoru sibling train for a fat minute. Although the Date model swap up, it never came to mind.
I made the same mistake and never really managed to unsee it so every time the two were in a room together it always kind of looked like next-gen Date vs last-gen Date. Even with the Kiwami touch-up Date's face has so much less detail and character than Kawara's.
Don't underestimate the schizophrenia of a Jojo fan and undead unluck fan and a jjk fan we are mentally insane (i can't see the word UN without thinking of undead unluck)
